This is a fantastic place to stay prior to an early morning channel crossing. The hotel really is lovely, as are the reception staff. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, and the hotel parking at the rear is very convenient. We chose not to eat/drink at the hotel and instead walked into the town. It's a fair walk to the centre, but it's worth it as there are plenty of lively bars and large selection of restaurants. We had a great final night before coming home to the UK.

Parking is right outside the property which is located a short walk into the town centre where there are a number of restaurants. The property, our room and the host were all excellent. Fabienne booked a restaurant for us which she also recommended - food and service were great at a reasonable price. Our room, including an amazing en-suite, was delightful and our breakfast - well worth the 15 euro charge - was fantastic. Can not recommend highly enough.

Having read a few negative reviews we were a little worried about our stay at the Chateaux. The Chateaux is set in beautiful surroundings with a delightful walled garden in which to take a pre dinner stroll. We received a warm welcome and were shown to a lovely room on the ground floor. It was comfortably furnished with a king size bed, a well equipped ensuite with bath and shower. Our only problem was mastering the shower which was of the pull out hand held type that without a shower screen...
