"Really liked this hotel, the pool area was great, staff spoke good English, breakfast was nice, it's only a 15 min walk to the main area for cocktails n eating out, the beech is 5 min from the hotel"
"Literally not a bad word to say about the hotel! The manager was quite possibly the kindest guy we’ve ever met on our travels, nothing was ever too much and was very chatty and helpful"
"The hotel is really nice and the owners put effort on it. Breakfast could improve. Rooms big and clean, but Ksamil is noisy in the summer. Overall, it was a good hotel experience."
"The owner is so welcoming, he make sure everything is good and make sure you don’t need anything.
The staff is really also good people, they are open and talks and are genuinely happy.
There is cleaning everyday, breakfast is good. Pool area is nice. The rooms are amazing. "
"This hotel was so beautiful!! Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, spacious balcony, and really nice bathrooms/showers. And SPACIOUS showers which is extremely rare for Europe. 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re in Ksamil."
"Hotel muy bien ubicado, puedes moverte a pie a todas las playas.
Desayuno tiene muy poca variedad, calidad y cantidad.
Limpieza y habitación muy correcto"

Ilio Boutique Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing.
Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time.
Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer.
Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat).
There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!!
A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return. "
"Excellent hotel right in the center of Ksamil. Two swimming pools, one is up on the roof with great views of the islands. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very highly recommended "
"Hotel Luxury
Perhaps the greatest chapter of the trip was our stay at Hotel Luxury. If Ksamil was the poem, this hotel was the refrain we returned to.
From the moment we arrived, there was kindness. A porter carried our bags, and politely refused tips. The receptionist, a gracious woman, took time to talk us through every nearby beach, hotel amenities, restaurant options; when I offered a tip, she demurred, saying “it is too much.”
Our room was a two-bedroom unit, large and spotless; each bedroom had its own decent-sized bathroom. The view from our balcony was incredible, sea stretching out to the horizon, sunrises waking me through whispering waves.
Service was consistent and heartfelt. Staff asked about our moods, health, what we needed. Breakfast felt like visiting my grandmother after a long time away—fresh, handmade, plentiful.
In the afternoon, the little luxuries: pistachio ice cream that melted on the tongue, a cooling double espresso, or a café latte made with imported beans. Small graces that felt grand.
What touched me most was knowing that this hotel was run like a family. Brothers Eltim and Ronaldo, and their sister (whose name I sadly never asked), are clearly the soul of the place. Their staff stay for years; there’s loyalty, care. At the end of our stay, they surprised me with beautiful gifts—local wine, Ksamil souvenirs, handmade olive oil—wordsless thanks for my small generosity. I left not just content, but deeply grateful."
"Lovely modern hotel, good value for money especially considering the price. Good location, only a 5/10 minutes walk into the main bit and honestly, the photos online don’t do it justice – management should definitely update them because the hotel is beautiful.
Breakfast has an ok selection of food but it did the job. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and although a little small, it was perfectly comfortable for two people. The pool area was really nice, despite another review on here you can definitely fit more that 5 people in it. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
It would have been a bonus if the hotel served evening meals, but there are many restaurants within walking distance, plus the fast food place that’s literally opposite the hotel that does take out. "
"We had a great stay! The view from the pool is beautiful, the hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff are amazing. The staff are so kind and ready to help you with whatever you need. We liked staying up on the hill as it was much quieter than the main center. The main center is still walkable but the hills may be a challenge for people with mobility issues since the taxi are very very expensive. Overall would highly recommend if that is not an issue for you. "
"Fantastic stay! We felt like we were staying with our family. Perfect location, walkable to beaches and dining options. Very clean and delicious homemade breakfast. The owners went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be back!"
"I really enjoyed my stay at Sea hotel. Staff is very friendly, hospitable and professional. The rooms are very clean and convenient. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is strategically located near the center. Easy access to restaurants and near the beach. Highly recommend! "
"Gerti and his wife are phenomenal host. They are available around the clock and will help you with your needs. A very homey environment and the friendliest people on the planet. I highly recommend if you visit Ksamil you book this property expeditiously I can guarantee you won’t regret it. "
