"I was just out of luck, that’s all. Their system messed up my dates. Then room I was sent to was dirty. Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). Hotel has exchange money with relatively good rate, but you can get better rate in the mall. Hotel and Rooms are clean, relatively small for a room with king bed. "
