"Very service minded staf, nice villa"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so welcoming, everyone remembered our names. We were very sad to leave."

"Great location with uninterrupted views of the ocean and direct beach pickup for the dolphin tours. Awesome spot to see the sunset. We were a party of 5 staying in 4 rooms. I had to move room as the a/c was not working properly nor was the wifi. I got upgraded to a suite which was nice however the 3 remaining rooms were without a fridge in the room, so no option to keep drinks cold. Staff lovely and responsive. Good food from the restaurant which was well priced. You need to drive a couple of km...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spotless, and the hotel had such a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay a wonderful and memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"This place was one of our favorites that we stayed at while in Bali! We would have loved to stay longer but only got to stay one night here. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and took great care of us! It made it hard to leave! The property is so relaxing. The food that we had there, was some of my favorite food from the entire trip! When we arrived there to check in, they already had our meals waiting in our room for us which was great given we had been traveling in the car...

"Genuine, friendly. This is the real Bali.,recommended."

"Beautiful property, great views, good food"

"Great location on top of the ridge, great view from the heated pool/restaurant area. Very friendly staff. Our suite's pool was very cold and dirty, even after they sent someone to clean it, so we passed. They were also out of multiple items, bit of a drag."

"This hotel with its wonderful staff was the highlight of our Bali trip! Nestled in the quiet, luscious hills of Northern Bali, 10 minutes from Lovina (and the amazing dolphin swim!), it really exceeded our expectations. Spacious villa with private infinity pool, mindfully decorated, and surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants, we immediately felt welcome and cared for by the most attentive, helpful staff with welcome drinks and cold towels in hand. The open-air massages were simply amazing and...

"First and foremost, the staff here were wonderful. The food was excellent, a good choice for the a la carte included breakfast and delicious options for the candle lit dinner by the pool. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the coast, yet the green, hillside location still offered distant views of the sea. Whilst our pool villa was quite a way from the central area, there was a buggy service always available."

"Beautiful place, the tree houses are amazing, very good food, the view from the pool is incredible. Plan warm clothes though, it’s up in the mountain and pretty cold!"

"Great location and great environment."

"Nice pool, quiet location, easy access to street restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Hotel restaurant and breakfast is not that great, so thank goodness for nearby street restaurants and cafes. Would be great if staff services are improved and if cocktails were served. A nice pool, but no cocktails available onsite. Not likely to rebook this hotel and stay here again. Nicer hotels nearby for same rates."

"Gardens and pool were beautifully kept. Staff always friendly and attentive. The suite we had was very roomy and comfortable. Bed pillows were very hard we had difficulty sleeping. Beach towels were showing wear as they were fraying around edges. Ants in the food areas as well as on the carpet in rooms, needs to be fumigated. Good property overall"

"Great hotel with a big pool, friendly staff, good food and near the beach and several good restaurants. "

"Great spot"

"Great grounds and excellent for price. Ac was barely working so that was a factor"

"Only 7 cabins so it is very quiet and peaceful. Floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views. The staff are very attentive to every need, even coming to the cabin when they changed water filters to make sure we didn’t drink the water until it was tested. Would definitely go back!"

"this hotel is genuinely one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed. The setting is amazing. The sunset and sunrise views. The food is lovely and the staff are lovely. Cannot recommend it enough. It’s a hidden gem."
