"The water park looks in good shape, we just stayed for a night and didn’t intend on using it but out overall impression of the hotel was not great. It’s not the cleanest, it’s old and grubby feeling. The playground is really dirty and the continental breakfast was just yogurt and toast. We wouldn’t go back"

"Room was clean, beds were comfy. Cost is low mostly because the place is old and could use improvement. AC barely worked, there was no elevator, very few power outlets or usb charging stations. If you're looking for a bare necessities place for a low price it's good for that. "

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Advertised pics didn't show the true bad environment of the hotel. Stairwells were in bad shape. Hallways were not clean and sliding glass door did not close all the way (it was off track). Balcony was dirty. Ice machine machines did not work (the one on the ground floor and 2nd floor in the middle). And the worse thing was the number of gnats that flew all around the room for the 3 days we stayed there. Outside grounds were in very bad shape. Bathroom was renovated but bedroom was definetely NOT!!! There were cracks in ceiling etc. Overall stay was terrible. Did NOT feel safe at all!!! "

"This was acceptable for a one night stay. The hotel is more of a “motel” with inside/secure keycard entry (which I appreciate for safety.) The facilities are dated and need a good deep cleaning. There was a blood stain on the duvet, which was replaced on my request. The blanket had obviously been washed, but I feel like linens with stains like that should not be placed back on the beds. There was also chewed gum stuck to the headboard. I did wipe the surfaces (counters, faucet, toilet, entertainment center) down with Clorox wipes and they did not appear soiled or gross, so that was a plus. The parking area could have more lighting to feel more secure. All of the staff that I encountered was pleasant, the attendant for breakfast was extra friendly and made us feel welcome. That being said, the continental breakfast was one of the worst that we have encountered, it could def use improvement. "

"This Huge House Is Like A Rental House With A Bunch Of Roomates. Loved How Big And Spacious The House And Outdoor Pool Is. Mirtha Is A Long Term Guest And Was Very Infomative And Helpful. The Room We Had Was Perfect For My Partner And I Even When The Bathroom Was Outside Of Our Room It Was Just Down The Same Hall. You Do Share The Whole Kitchen/Living and Dinning Room. Thankfully All The Guest ain The House Were Kind. We Stayed For A Week And I Really Can’t Complain Besides The Parking Which Was Confusing At First. But Besides That Everything Was Great The Area Is Gatted With Security. There’s 2 Large Fridges That’s Are Divided By Room Numbers For Space. We Will Eventualy Be Back But With The Kids And The Rest Of The Family. Customer Service Over The Phone Was Also Very Helpful And Responded Very Fast To Any Of Our Concerns."

"This property has lots of misleading advertisements. One pool on site only. We did not have parking at building therefore we had to walk 10 minutes with kids and all swim stuff every day. The best pool comes at $20 per person which is not disclosed at booking."

"Loved loved loved our stay. I will definitely be back. My kids had so much fun. It was truly a wonderful experience. I only have constructive criticism and feedback regarding communication and staff knowing information. The day before I left for Westgate I called and asked about bike rentals. I was told over the phone that since we were arriving late on Friday and going to rent bikes Saturday that the bikes would probably be sold out bc it’s a packed weekend. And I said “what if I arrive right as the bike rentals open?” And he said “they’ll be sold out because you rent the bikes for the weekend.” I said “ohhh wow”. So I went out and purchased a bike rack to bring our bikes”. Fast forward im at Westgate and I’m at the pool area and I see a bunch of bikes. So I walked up to ask because i was curious. And she said “we have plenty of bikes. You can rent them by the hour but you have to come back every hour for us to check on the bikes”. I told her what I was told over the phone and she said they don’t rent bikes for the weekend. Then another thing we were told ahead of time was that when we got the Westgate bands on our wrist that’s all we needed to use the amenities and areas like the pool and the cowboy center etc. however every time we went in they checked us in and we had to wait in a line to get checked in. I asked the girl “why do we have to check in every time if we already have the wrist band?” She said “you must check in every time”. I said it didn’t make sense but w/e. "
