"It’s only been open 3 months so assume some teething issues but the air con wasn’t working in our room and it was super hot so we asked to move rooms which we did. The new room air con didn’t work either and TV r radiator was making a lot of clanging and banging through the night so 2 really bad night’s sleep. Water in the shower smelt really odd The restaurant food was great and our waiter was top notch so kudos to him. "

"THIS HOTEL IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND SHOULDN'T EVEN BE LISTED ON HOTELS.COM. DO NOT BOOK. After an overnight, cross country train trip with two small children, we arrived at Hotel House Bran to find it deserted with chains on the gates. They would not answer phone calls, so we contacted Hotels.com customer service. "Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. We had breakfast and the choices were OK, enough for us. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks but we didn't eat in the restaurant. On return to Brasov would definitely stay here again. "
