"THIS HOTEL IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND SHOULDN'T EVEN BE LISTED ON HOTELS.COM. DO NOT BOOK. After an overnight, cross country train trip with two small children, we arrived at Hotel House Bran to find it deserted with chains on the gates. They would not answer phone calls, so we contacted Hotels.com customer service. "Very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff and in the best possible location of Brașov. Didn’t love that our window opened out to the smokers’ area (but did love that rooms are non-smoking) and the bed was uncomfortable, but the room and property were overall nice and very worth the price!"
