It was a lovely experience staying at Engiri. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Our room was simple but spacious with a terrace to sit on. The food catered for us as vegetarian and was all freshly prepared and delicious. The outdoor seating in the restaurant was a nice place to dine. The staff is so friendly and attentive. We highly recommend BellaVista hotel – great location with amazing crater view, both from the room and of course from the 360 degree restaurant viewpoint. Hotel team is very friendly, caring, patient & attentive (they took care of our family so nicely, making us feel at home).
