Property is Business friendly and family friendly. Staff at counter were courteous but only 2-3 at counter despite long lines. Didn’t see much staff (housecleaning, general staff etc during our stay). Casino floor was extremely Smoke smelling.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I called on Thursday morning specifically to confirm that the pools were open before making my reservation. However, when I arrived on Saturday with my children, I was informed that the pools were closed due to maintenance repairs. Had I been given accurate information, I would have booked another place. The main reason for choosing this location was for my kids to enjoy the pool, and it was very disappointing for them to arrive and find it closed. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and knowledge from the staff who provided incorrect information. I expected reliable information when I called ahead, and unfortunately that was not the case.

The property from the outside appears to be in need of repairs. On the inside everything is old needs updating.

Stayed prestige club and that was excellent.

When I stay here I always enjoy myself and the staff is always nice! The room was great, I wish the spa wasn’t so expensive especially for locals.
