When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. "Amazing value for what we paid. The room was beautiful and quality Used a phone interpreter and communication was fine. I'm vegetarian so food was more difficult for me but if you eat meat you will be fine. Many smaller restaurants and convenience stores. Train station a block away. The underground is very convenient my only concern is that it was a little far from attractions. However it allows us to explore other areas and we do not mind taking public transportation as it allows us to immerse in the culture."

"The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."
