"I had a pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn Hotel Haeundae in Busan. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and public transport. The room was compact, clean and well-equipped, typical of Toyoko Inn standards. Staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. The complimentary breakfast was simple but appreciated. Great value for money, especially for a short stay."

"Everyone was welcoming courteous and polite. Staff was very prompt in responding and making sure we were well taken care of. We we were greeted by every employee we encountered with a smile. My husband and I were given wine and vip access to enjoy coffee and desserts."

"We had a great stay here. The location was so good at Haeundae Beach, there was lots to do and see around the area. The check i. was a bit confusing - you have to go level 4 and swap lifts to level 6, but the staff were very friendly so it was no issue. Our taxi driver found the hotel easily. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. We were also happy that there was a washing machine in our room. "
