Location is perfect - connected to Busan station. Size of the apartment was perfect for family of 4. The only thing I didn't like was accumulating the trash and rubbish throughout my 5 night's stay as there was no housekeeping service

The property itself is AMAZING. Very nice, clean, right next to train station, walkable, etc. The only area for improvement I would suggest to the owners is to have for clear check-in instructions and English translations in the room itself. Overall and outstanding place and highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with a nice view of the harbour. Finding the place was a little complicated, not well marked, required two elevators, two codes, and a QR code. After the first time, it was fine.

Beautiful Hotel

The Hotel was amazing. The rooms were so nice and clean. Everything was well-designed. I’d definitely recommend it. There’s also a direct pedestrian bridge to Busan Station which is extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!

Great for tourists

Great property right next to the ktx and ferry stations with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. My suite included free parking which was very convenient. Had a bit of trouble getting check-in information but got it resolved through the online chat support.

The apartment was good, the location was great. But management was poor and their communication was terrible. It takes a bit of time to get used to the entry to property. It's complicated when coming from Busan station.

Beautiful but hard to find

It was a beautiful property with a nice view of the port. However, finding the hotel from the Busan station bridge was challenging as no one at the front desk understood English. We had to haul off our luggage across from another building as there are no signs as you exit the bridge to the hotel.

This property is a short walk to Busan Station. The place is nice and has a complete kitchen with top notch appliances. All are in Korean. It would be good to have instruction manuals on how to use the appliances. There is a convenience store on the first floor and they provide a room for you to store your luggages before and after checking in or out. You can also contact them using Chat Messaging.

The property was modern, clean and high tech. There were sufficient parking lots. Although there is a subway station nearby, there was very little shopping and eateries nearby. Need to be aware that the unit maybe advertised as "sleep 3" but there is only one double bed and one sofa set. The sofa set was not a sofa bed, so it was a challenge for the third adult.

Sleek, modern, state of the art apartment

This is the best place I’ve found in Busan!! It is very spacious, convenient location next to Busan station. There’s a connecting bridge on the 3rd floor in A building to Busan Station where there’re many eateries and across the street are Chinatown and Texas Street, where you can find many restaurants. The apartment is modern and clean and has many amenities that I’m not used to, so I learned how to use new equipment, like the clothes steamer/ refresher in the closet. All the lighting/ heating/ cooling system control is digital. Some things I didn’t figure out how to use. It is very state of the art. I was looking for a sponge in the kitchen sink, but on the last day my husband figured out the gray roll on the side of sink is a disposable cleaning pad sheet that you rip off the roll and use it like a sponge. This apartment is well equipped and comfortable to stay in. Better appliance than else where I’ve been to. I would return here any time. Highly, highly recommend!!

This is a 3-minute walk from Busan station. You exit the station and walk over the sky bridge to the building. The directions to the building are not clear. Some step-by-step photos would have been helpful. The door was not working properly during our stay which proved to be problematic. Aside from that, we loved our unit and the convenience to the station.

Upon our arrival after midnight (we had notified the property about our late arrival - no response), the walkway from Busan Station to G7 Marina was closed for the night and it was difficult to get there. This needs to be included in the check-in instructions. This property is unresponsive - any email-links turned out to be elusive, chats are by chatbots. On the two last days, the access code for Tower B did not work. An email message regarding a wind-warning (”please don’t open the windows”) was sent to all Le Collective guests, so that all email addresses were visible. An unnecessary breach of privacy (sending it “BCC” would have been easy :-). Three announcements over the tower’s PR system are in Korean only - we had to go down to security to ask about the meaning of the announcements. We had booked a king size bed, but it’s only a queen. The English instructions (“Stay Guide”) are minimal or non-existent - we had to use Google Lens for climate, lights, washer, toilet mechanism - it took us too long to figure it all out. There was no indication if guests are allowed to use the swimming pool, and how. Having said all this, the layout of the apartment is very good, including effective noise insulation, ample storage space and an excellent bathroom. The view from the 49th floor across Busan Harbour was fantastic. If not for the above-mentioned deficiencies, we would have given 5 stars.

Alors comme tous les commentaires, je dirais que le bémol c’est l’accessibilité, c’est pas compliqué à trouvé si vous prenez la sortie 10 du Busan station. Par contre les histoires de tower/store/A/B de 3e étage etc c’est complique. Je trouve que c’est bizarre de pas avoir fait un pdf qui explique bien les choses alors que y a que des commentaires qui en parle ! Sinon la chambre est bien, l’eau chaude est pas super chaude, et ils vous fournissent une bouteille d’eau et une capsule de café par personne pour tout le séjour.
