Ideal price for the quality of room and the location. Very close to the beach, and the restaurants and bars. Short taxi or a pleasant 25 minute walk across the river from BEXCO. Clean private room, comfy bed. Restaurant next door is a little noisy but not overwhelming and they're closed by 12. Excellent budget hotel.

Staff was friendly and kind in helping us store our luggages before & after check-in. There was a police station nearby (safe). Gwangalli beach was within walking distance, with many shops and bars nearby for exploring. Highly recommend!

It is a good location if you want to visit both Gwangalli beach and the Waterside Park. However, it is located on the far edge of the beach closer to the Millac region. So you'll have quite a walk to visit the Geumnyeonsan side of the beach. It is also quite a distance from the Gwangan station: 20 mins if you cut through the neighborhood, 30 mins if you take the big roads. They do offer parking, so probably geared more for Korean visitors with cars. The staff is by far the most friendliest I've met in Korea. They were extremely helpful and courteous. The property looks new and clean. My room is a mix. The furniture and floor looks brand new. However, the walls have some minor damages and cracks. For some reason the housekeeping didn't clean my room one of the days. It's not a big deal, but I walked around a lot and didn't get a bottled water that day. Also, a bit strange b/c I was staying 4 nights, they didn't anticipate I needed more toothpaste. However, more were given when I asked. The room is smaller than I had thought and I was surprised there are no dressers or nooks to put my bags and clothes, which makes me wonder if they are more for short term guests.The bed is super comfy and clean, the TV and wifi is great, the AC is awesome and the air purifier was an unexpected bonus. The only thing that bothered me was their no refund policy on changes and cancellation. So be warned, once you click that confirmation button, you're committed.

가격이 평일이랑 주말이 2배 차이납니다. 온수가 아주 잘 나옵니다. 주변에 먹을 것이 많고 광안리 해변과 매우 가깝습니다. 요청할 경우 비품을 더 제공해 주십니다. 다만 객실 내 안들어오는 전구가 있고 어둡습니다. 3박동안 침구가 교체되지 않습니다. 가성비가 좋은 곳 입니다.

광안리 해수욕장에 가까워서 좋아요. 다만, 호텔보다는 모텔에 가깝고, 침대 밑에서 담배꽁초가 나와서 기분이 안 좋았어요. 욕실은 깨끗했고 수압과 온수가 좋았어요. 침대는 편안했고, 방온도 조절이 안 되었어요.

광안리 해변근처 숙소들이 전반적으로 낡고 가성비가 좋지 못한데 이 곳은 해변과 한 블럭 떨어져 있어 한적하고 상태도 깨끗해서 출장으로 오는 사람들에게는 더할나위없이 좋습니다

출장으로 숙박했는데 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 광안리 해변가쪽은 밤에 시끄러웠던 경험이 있어서 일부러 한블럭 뒤에 있는 곳을 선택했는데 덕분에 조용히 하룻밤을 잘 보낼 수 있었습니다. 방도 넓고 컨디션도 좋았으며 넓은 주차장에 스타일러가 있어서 제가 딱 선호하는 스타일이었어요ㅎ 사장님이 무척 친절하게 응대 해 주신것도 인상적였습니다. 아쉬운 점을 꼽으라면 딱 두 가지인데.. 티슈가 인근 유흥업소 홍보품이던데 커버를 사용했으면 어땠을까 하는점.. 욕실에 타월이 샤워용 큰사이즈 타월이 아니라 일반 사이즈 타월만 있었던 점은 다소 아쉽지만 그래도 크게 불편한 사항은 아니었어요ㅎ 일년에 한두차례는 이 쪽에서 묵어야 하는데 다시 방문의사 있습니다 ^^
