Yes the room was cleaned daily. On the first night, I accidentally soiled the sheets and it was visible. It took 2 days for the linen to be changed. The linen had holes, the robes had holes and the terry was stained and the wear and tear of everything left a lot to be desired. There's an on-site DIY laundry area and the staff was not helpful in giving you coins that were needed when the machine malfunctioned. The breakfast area was unavailable due to work which was understandable, but prior notice could've been given. Box cold breakfast was just not it. Thank you and I do apologize for the negative review.

Amazing front desk staff - smart, courteous, professional, and great with English. Room and bedsheets were cleaned and refreshed in superb quality daily. Great location, you're just down the street from the center of attraction in Haeundae. I had an amazing 2 weeks here. Thanks Busan!

Great!

Room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. All of the staff spoke good English as well. Hotel is a close 5-ish minute walk from the beach and the food/shopping areas. I would stay here again.

Great hotel well situated. The employes are so nice and helpfull. Has a thermostat in the room so you can ajust the temperature to the one you desire. It has 1 washing machine ( 4 000 krw) and dryer (5000 krw) and sells laundry detergent (1 000 krw).

Great location to the beach and the market. The elevator wait time is unusually long compared to other hotels since there are only two elevators in the hotel. Overall, it's a good stay.
