" My wife and I traveled so often for our daughter’s soccer games and last weekend we were visiting Duke University. We experienced a very friendly and courteous staff who were so ready to work with us. The staff were respectful and even though we met different people on Saturday and Sunday they all treated us as valued customers through their little gestures towards us and we sincerely appreciate them. "On street parking. Room was immaculate. Bed mattress was wonderful. I slept well. Bathroom and needed supplies was perfect. Tea and coffee service was average. Lex the 3PM front desk person was outstanding. The morning staff needs to be better versed as to where breakfast shops are. I was told that they didn't live locally and had no idea. I did have a early flight and tea wasn't available until 6:30 am. I thought that was a available 24 hours . "
