Alina nos recibió y al ver q veníamos cansadas nos dijo q nos fuéramos a dormir y ya mañana hacíamos los trámites de registro. "The young lady who checked us (we didn't get her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic, extremely polite and patient. She was more than helpful. She is a big asset to the hotel. The room was large, and very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toledo. Bravo!"
