Great stay at the Lotus Park Hotel. The hotel is well located within a walking distance from Ulu Mosque, the old city and Kent Meydani. The room was nice, wifi internet was good and the staff were all top notch including housekeeping, restaurant personnel and the desk people team. A special thank you to Naby and Omar.

Hotel ceilings and carpet need maintenance. There were water damage stains on the ceilings, so we requested a room change, new room was better but still had some of the same marks. The included breakfast was good.

Excellent Hotel.
Excellent stay here. Very central to everything. Efgirtless check-in. Great food, shopping and public transport all nearby. I would stay here again.

The hotel is of a great location in Bursa. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional.

Very close to historic sights. Best view of the mountains, one of the best I have ever seen. Breakfast options could be improved; bit more fruit, cereal and yogurts. Reception staff were very helpful.

Well located hotel
A comfortable stay in a perfectly located hotel, this was during an incredibly hot period in August and on our first night we had a problem with the air conditioning but were promptly provided with a fan and then moved to an alternative room with working air con. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay near tourist places, and bazaar
It was an excellent stay at the hotel. Nice and clean building, room, and washroom. Reception is open 24 hours, and the staff is very kind and respectful. The location is really ideal for tourists, it was just a few minutes walk or by taxi to many touristic places such as Usmangazi Tomb, Ulu Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Green Tomb, mosque, and museum, and Uluda Mountain. There are many good restaurants near the hotel and in the grand bazaar, two small shopping malls with food courts, and Starbucks. Based on a review by another guest, I was not expecting a good breakfast, but I found the review incorrect, the hotel served really a splendid Turkish breakfast which would have been very expensive if we had chosen to take it at a cafe or restaurant. Probably the guest went to the hall when it was the end-time of the service (7:30 am to 10:30 am), otherwise, it was an unjustified complaint. I had an internet connection problem with WiFi which the reception staff solved promptly. I would certainly stay in Lotus Park Hotel again when I visit Bursa again. Thank you Lotus Park Hotel for making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us.

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. However rooms do not get cleaned everyday. Breakfast was the worst experience in any hotel I have ever stayed in. 1 boiled egg in the warmer some pieces of bread. I decided to just settle for a cup of coffee with milk. When I requested for a little fresh milk for the coffee I was told I needed to buy it. That was it, I stood up and never returned to the dining room through out my 4 day stay. My booking included breakfast.

Worst hotel I've experienced in Turkey
I've stayed at probably 20 different hotels in Turkey and have never had a negative experience until this one. Started from check-in; the reception staff was very cold and unwelcoming. Then we got to our room and found that there were crumbs, hair, and an opened water bottle on the table. It also looked like the floor wasn't properly vacuumed. We told reception about the desk being not clean, and they told us that they would handle it. But when we returned to our room at night, the mess was still there. That same night, the water cut off completely. We didn't mind so much at the time as it was late at night and water cuts are relatively common in Turkey. However it was still cut the next morning and didn't come back until 10pm. So it was almost 24 hours without running water. The hotel gave us one 1.5 litre bottle, and when we asked for two more in order to wash ourselves, they said they only had three bottles left in the whole hotel... Lastly, the breakfast was almost inedible and the range on offer was very minimal. Turkish hotels have a really great reputation of cleanliness and hospitality; this one doesn't live up to this reputation. Try another option if you're heading to Bursa.

I highly recommend it the area is nice many shops and one big mall and many restaurants but don’t go out at late night as it is in downtown as many cities though it’s generally safe. I will stay again if i ever visit Bursa thank you Expedia

It was amazing, when I arrived the staff showed great excitement and smiles plus full of information of what to do in their city. The checking in was seamless, the room was fantastic with a Mountain View. There was a little noise from a neighbouring room late one night that the hotel staff felt with instantly. Amazing breakfast with some variations during my 3 night stay. I hope to return at some point as the city has so much to offer and this hotel is in a perfect position to explore from

Die Lage und das Personal waren gut. Allerdings war der Zustand der Zimmer und die Sauberkeit eher schlecht. Wir mussten das Zimmer 2 mal wechseln. Das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert. Die Auswahl ist sehr gering und es sah nicht frisch aus. Wir haben außerhalb gefrühstückt.

Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage. Bazaar, Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentlicher Verkehr zum grossten Teil fußläufig erreichbar. Hotel war sauber, ruhig. Frühstück war gut. Dienstpersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wrnn ich wieder nach Bursa komme, werde ich wieder dort buchen. Reinigung war jeden Tag da. Hozelzimmer war sehr sauber. Ich würde jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Hayal kırıklığı
Öncelikle otopark sorunu ile karşılaştık. Otel konum olarak merkezi nir yerde fakat Sabah saat 10 dan gece 7-8 e kadar trafiğe kapalı bir sokakta bulunuyor. Gece 23 de otele iki oda giriş yaptık iki arabamızı sokağa bıraktık. Fskat sabah arayıp arabalarınızı kaldırım dediler. Kenfi otoparklarının olmadığını, çevrede ücretli otoparklardan birine koyabileceğimizi söylediler. Ama Hotels.com da “otopark var” yazıyor. İkinci olarak bize verdikleri oda 102 numara sanırım asma kat olduğu için 2 metre yüksekliğindeydi. Yani basıl küçük bir oda ve küçücük lavabosu olan duşakabin kapısı ve saç kurutma makinesi olmayan ( isteyince getirdiler) küçük bir banyosu var. Kahvaltı ve kahvsltı masaları (servis) çok berbattı. Yatakları yaylı yatarken ben dönünce eşim de sallanıyordu. Yani bir kez daha gitmek istemeyecrğim bir otel.

Otel merkezi bir konumda park anlaşmalı bir yer var günlük 200 tl odada kurutma makinesi yoktu 5. Katta yemek hane katı olduğu için gecenin bir yarısı sese uyanıp sahada uyuyamadım çalışanların mutfak sesleri uyutmadı Onun dışında otel güzel ve temizdi

Hotel şehrin tam göbeğinde. Ulucamine,orhan ve osmangazi türbelerine 1 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Zafer plazaya 10 saniye yürüme mesafesinde. Her gün temizlik yapiliyor. Açik bufe kahvaltisi mevcut. Eğer bursada bir otel tercih edeceksiniz; başka otellere bakmaniza gerek yok. Hem konumu itibariyle hem otelin kendisi itibariyle çok rahat edersiniz.

Ce n'est pas la chambre dur photo que j'ai réservé. La 308 était trop petite Toilettes à 20 cm de ton oreiller. Le placard ne peut pas contenir une valise Fenêtre donne directement sur un escalier en acier qui vous renferme toute vue. Donc à éviter Bruit rt rigolade nocturne jusqu'à 2h30 du matin. je n'ai pas pu dormir. Il a fallu que je frappe le mur mitoyen pour stopper ce vacarme. La serveuse du breakfast qui portait une robe bleu était sympathique and helpful
