Nice size quad room, very basic, wobbly toilet, broken toilet seat, very grimy wash area, had a good night stay, close to ulu cami,very cheap ,good for price paid, can hear cars etc,

Location is 5 minutes drive / Public Transport from Bursa Teleferic. Very old part of Bursa. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Hotel toilet seat broken, door did not have a key. My friend used his key from his room to lock my room as well my toilet 😆 Overall, poor. Not a hotel I would stay in if i was near the area again. (Nothing against the staff, who were helpful). Plus Side... A/C was worling very well.

Bursa is such a beautiful historical city and this hotel reflects that. Charming and unique. We would highly recommend staying at Inkaya Hotel. Also it’s has perfect location.

Very noisy. The hotel staff make noise untill midnight. Also, there are no eletric plugs and the shower has no curtain and spills water all over the bathroom. Also, only one dim light, the room is very dark

We arrived at 4pm for our room not to be ready yet. Were asked to wait 10 minutes for cleaning. When we got to our room the floors were wet. Our shower was disgusting and mouldy. The tap was broken. The property was so loud. After telling us there is free parking, the receptionist woke us up at 10:30pm for us to move the car so he could drive him friends somewhere. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Awful

Awful, based on the room we were given. We checked out early. We arrived at 4.30pm but we weren't expected and asked to come back at 5pm. We were given a room that did not resemble any pictures on the websites; no windows (apart from a letterbox size opening near the ceiling) , all the floors were soaking wet after being mopped with bleach and still wet in the morning, there were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor, on old razor in the cupboard, no toilet roll, no duvet or blanket (we were very cold overnight) and no soaps apart from a half used bottle of mens shampoo. We had booked four nights but checked out after just one night. When we told the receptionist is wasn't a room on the website, he said sorry but no offer of a refund of the other three nights, or another room.

Çok temiz diyemem yatak inanılmaz kötü 2 gece kaldık neredeyse uyuyamadık onun dışında küçük tarihi tatlı bi oteldi. Çalışanları çok kibar ilgiliydi. Odada klima var ve çok iyiydi tek eksik mini buzdoabıydı. Sonuçta yaz su hemen ısınıyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Banyoda havalandırma yok, çiftler, ortak banyo ve tuvaletin gideri pisti. Yeni tadilat yapılmış biryer bu yüzden genel anlamda temiz ve düzenliydi. Çok acil geziler ve işler için tercih edilebilir. Sabununuzu götürün ne olur ne olmaz.

Konakta Bir Gece

Otel merkezi denebilecek bir konumda. 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesi ile çarşıya gidebiliyorsunuz. Yapı bir konak olduğu için ahşap malzeme ve dolayısıyla ses yalıtımı yok. Dışarının sesi olduğu gibi içeride. Henüz yeni olduğu için Otoparkı yok sokaklar dar olduğu için aracınızı park yeri bulup öyle gelin. Genel olarak beğendim ve fiyat olarak da uygun.
