"This basic motel is a relatively good place for a restful overnight stay after more than five to six hours of exhaustive driving from the Victorian state to the vast lands of New South Wales. We were well rested after our stay, all ready to go for the final stretch of our road trip, that is, our spiritual home in the Hunter Valley. The place looks tired but despite its ageing condition, the standard queen room is fully equipped with a comfortable bed, clean pillows and linens as well as essential room and toilet amenities including a microwave oven to get by for the day. I just miss those days when you can easily score a $79 motel room for an overnight stay. Gone are the days, unfortunately!"

"This motel is in a very convenient location in the main street just near Woolworths supermarket. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with lounge, table and chairs and kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and great shower. The room was clean and well maintained."

"Although an older style Aussie Motel , it’s Location Location. The motel is run by the most efficient friendly staff any traveller could ever expect and I have travelled the world . The rooms (we stayed twice ) down and back to Victoria are SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. We cant recommend this motel more and encourage everyone to support small family run businesses. We will definitely be staying here again and again when travelling to and from Victoria."

"The room was super clean and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stop with the family. There was lots of room and if it had been warmer I’m sure the pool would have looked more inviting. Handy having a few dinner options just a walk away."
