Stains all over the carpet and tubs. Vending machine took our money and staff said they had no control over it and thwy would not refund us. Horrible smell throughout the halls, like a burning smell.

WATER SHOWER WAS COLD BOTH DAYS. THE DESK SAID I HAVE TO CALL MY 3RD PARTY BOOKING SO THEY CAN CONTACT HOTEL FOR A CREDIT. HAD TO ALSO REQUEST A HAIR DRYER AND THAT REQUIRED A DEPOSIT. THEN NO DISHES OR SILVERWARE, AGAIN HAD TO ASK AND CARRY A BIN TO MY ROOM. PLEASE CONTACT HOTEL FOR A CREDIT

The cabin was clean with no bugs in sight until our last night. The outdoor pool was closed and I hope it stays closed due to the amount of geese and poop that occupied it. The indoor pool was mediocre and could use a cleaning. Overall, it wasn't too bad.
