"good place for road workers to stay"

"Gotta be honest, between the noise from the room above us and the train horns all night, I didn't get a good nights sleep. The black out curtain didn't close all the way so we had a bright light from the front parking lot shining through the window. The final less than desirable thing was there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor. I'll look for a different motel next time we are in the area for a gymnatics event."

"The location was excellent. The beds were hard, there was deferred maintenance everywhere. "

"This was my 2nd stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Newton Kansas. The room was clean and large but it seemed like it was missing a sofa and table and chair. Thier was a lot of open space in this particular room. Over all it was clean and the breakfast was excellent cheese omelette and biscuits and gravy with fresh bacon. No complaints."

"Advertising that they have breakfast is barely true. There was 1 apple, 1/4 gallon of 2% milk, 2 partial loaves of bread and when they decide to get the waffle mix out, there is no butter no cups to transfer the mix to the iron. The property itself is very run down."

"Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. Overall, well worth the money and with a convenience store right across the street within walking distance for small items or other needs it was a great location. "
