Probably with location was OK but very limited staff. We did have to change rooms because the first one smell like cigarette smoke. But they were able to do that for us.

I am not sure how to rate this. It was very clean and even smelled of bleach so I was very happy until the next morning when I lifted a paper off the dresser there was a cockroach. Then I saw another. Super bummed because it was a really nice place to stay.

the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. other guest were drunk and loud. Staff is great and rooms are decent. other than the noise.

There wasn't any functional AC in the room, not even a fan. It was almost 100 degrees outside and the room was stifling. The shower was so tiny I could barely use it and I'm not a big person. There were a ton of little bugs that also appeared on the night stand overnight as well (no not bedbugs). It was horrifying to wake up to. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel by any means, but I was expecting some minimum standards to be met...

Room was clean, fair price, convenient to Lassen NP Only downside was the town water supply had ecoli detected so there was a boil water order in effect the night I stayed, all restaurants were closed...had to buy frozen dinner at grocery store for din. This is no fault of the motel I would stay here again

There is no breakfast included (Expedia posting should modified accordingly), but good selection of restaurants nearly considering Burney being small city. The AC was quite loud for the night and there was no ventilation in the bathroom (although has windows without mosquito screens). Didn’t like the fabric sofa at all. Still room for improvement, but overall clean, convenient, quiet and reasonably priced stay.

Nothing too crazy to speak of. The girl at the front desk was cool. She appreciated my humor. The room was decent. Bed was comfortable. Shower and AC worked. We weren't in the room very long so it was ok. A little pricey but when your options are limited and you book the day before it's kind of expected. I'd likely stay again.

It's fine. If you are super picky about cleanliness, this will not be the place for you. It's the type of hotel where the bathrooms and bedding are generally clean, but the vents on the heater have not been dusted in a long while. Since I am not super picky, it was fine. The person who checked me in was unfriendly, but she was efficient and got the job done. The housekeeping staff that I ran into were very friendly. Some pluses were that the AC worked great and the mini-fridge was actually cold, which isn't always the case in motels. It's walking distance to Safeway and McDonalds.

Room wasn’t very clean when we checked in. Sheets and towels were clean but I’m not sure the floor had been vacuumed. There was a dead fly in the corner in the bathroom and when I used the coffee maker in the morning there were old coffee grinds in the pot. I asked for housekeeping service the second day and all they did was make the bed and deliver clean towels. No wipe down in the bathroom or vacuuming the room. I don’t consider myself picky about hotels but this place was a dive. Staff were nice.
