"Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

"The room was lovely and the staff fantastic. My only drawback was the mattress was pretty firm. Something I really want to compliment is how the staff addressed an issue. This is a non-smoking hotel. Someone in an adjacent room was smoking weed. I’m highly allergic to the stuff- it causes asthma attacks and 2nd hand smoke has put me in the ER before. I called the front desk and told them what was going on. We could smell it when we got off the elevator and even a little in our room. They were very nice and found where it was coming from within minutes. The issue was alleviated and whatever they did, the smell was gone quickly. "
