We liked the space of the hotel room and that the sofa area had a wall between it and the bedroom so one of us could be awake and not bother the other one.

The overall quality was fine. Not incredibly clean but passable. The pillows were really small for a king sized bed.

The room was clean and spacious..the only issues we encountered were some of the outlets and lamps were not working and the juice dispenser was not working during breakfast (drinks were only room temperature). Other than that our experience was good!

Room above us was very noisy thru midnight. I have 2 kids, 1 being 3 years old and couldnt sleep due to the loudness of the room above us. We complained multiple times and was told nothing could be done. When checking out i asked for some type of reimburselment and they refused. The desk staff were not polite nor inviting.

Room was spacious and staff was nice. Big TV with DirecTV was also good. Downsides… Selected this hotel because they had a 2 queen bed and sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa mattress was disgusting and the frame was broken so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom was minimally cleaned, bottom of the tub and base of toilet need a good scrubbing. Ceilings were not well insulated as we could hear our upstairs “neighbors” walking around their room for hours. We found the beds and pillows uncomfortable, worse than most hotels we stay at.

Within first 10 minutes hit my ankle on the bed frame. The cleaning lady or previous people in the room had the bed pushed over and it exposed a bracket which holds the box spring. This was tge perfect height of my ankle. Let me tell you ,it hurt so bad when i walked by and hit it. It still hurts and is bruised

We walked into the hotel and were immediately greeted by the smell of weed. Walking through the halls all you could smell was cigarettes. When we got to the room it smelled damp. The sheets for the pull-out couch had black hair and stains. We took them to the front desk and she exchanged them but offered no apology for the inconvenience. The shower was not properly cleaned it had disgusting dirty fluid around the tub. When we came down to get breakfast the staff hovered and rushed us to get in and out. We will NEVER stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Nice upgrades have been done. Very nice pool and hot tub. Lobby was very nice. Rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. Nice hot breakfast. Only down side is pets are not allowed.

We like staying here when we come to town because it is the closest to the family we visit. This property is usually quiet, nice amenities, staff is always friendly. Per usual, with any hotel, the worst thing about hotels is the other people visiting and they are sometimes the worst. People need to learn some etiquette. But that isn't the hotels fault. The hotel itself is definitely worth the stay, even if people suck.

Woke up to ants everywhere and all over our stuff, weren't even there for 12 hours total, all the desk manager had to say was "all get someone up there but it will be a bit" I asked if I could speak to someone else and at that point she offered to take $25 off our $200 room. I am appalled and we all left feeling like we had things crawling on us. We travel over 25 weekends a year with competetive sports and spend alot of money on hotels only to jave this hotel treat us like we should just deal with it.
