"I left some item's in my hotel room by accident. An android phone charger, an ipad charger, a sweater and a jacket. Housekeeping turned my jacket and sweater into the front desk but did not turn my chargers in. Obviously someone kept them for themselves because the front desk never received them. I was very disappointed that untrustworthy people was working for the facility. Im sure they've taken other people's stuff too. Front desk never acknowledged the loss of my chargers but did get myvsweater and jacket to a ups location that i was able to pay 33.00 over the phone to get them back. Still out 50.00 worth of chargers."

"Bella checked us in and she was absolutely amazing. Rest of the staff was helpful as well. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities was slightly lacking but not a deal breaker. Great location, plenty of food options around the hotel."
