Couldn’t be happier . Wonderful welcome and parking assistance from the girl on reception who spoke perfect English . On departure the male receptionist was equally helpful taking bags .Unfortunately I didn’t ask their names. Fantastic central location . A very comfortable bec and one of the best bathrooms ever. Great breakfast , just a shame the restaurant was closed Sunday evening because the room had a great ambiance and we would have loved to try the food. However the hotel gave us a good...

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover while travelling through France and wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel & rooms are beautiful with a lovely park & swimming pool to enjoy. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic

A chance encounter to break up a long journey back from Meribel to the UK. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. The place is beautifully decorated and ultra clean. We had some home cooked Chinese food which went down well with all the family, even accommodating gluten allergy. Next time we are passing we would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay, comfortable and spotless clean room and very helpful staff.

Very comfortable but if you like your privacy and if you are with your wife, mistress or girlfriend then do not take room 222 which is fine in every respect except the loo is not in the bathroom but is in a small, very small "cupboard" next to the bed! Downstairs, off the reception, are the two "public loos" which open directly onto the sitting room more or less. No vestibule. Would we stay again? Yes, but we would question the sanitary arrangements well before hand. The restaurant is...

An amazing hotel in a convenient location close to Beaune. Plenty of local wine shops nearby and a short walk into town with some amazing restaurants and cafes The hotel is easy to find and has secure covered parking and it is clean with some brilliant features, such as the lift. The friendly staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is lovely and the room we stayed in was large and comfortable with sofa and bed. The bathroom was large and excellent air conditioning in the room....

The hotel in in the town with good secure car parking , nice bar , and very good restaurant , formal and not cheap , but fantastic for a special occasion , we will certainly try and return

Lovely hotel. Excellently appointed rooms. Lots of character. Very helpful staff. Breakfast waiter was the most helpful and courteous and showed a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.

This was a fabulous hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Easy parking. Spacious, clean, elegant & comfortable room. Excellent restaurant dining & good breakfast choice. Beautiful garden filled with art sculptures. Our only regret is that our 1-night stay didn’t give us time to try the spa facility. We would definitely love to come back another time for a longer stay. (British couple staying for 1-night leisure trip.)

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, and it has once again been well worth the visit. The rooms are comfortable, and the dining room and other facilities are impressive - as is the cuisine.

An authentic, small French hotel which exuded charm from the outset. The host provided a very warm welcome, showed us to

What a wonderful place this is. Twelfth century Abbey so well preserved and sympathetically turned into an exquisite hotel. Staff were very helpful. Only four tables for dinner so unfortunately could not eat in but receptionist very helpful in advising where to go. Central location and free public car park very close. Peaceful, quiet and would happily return.

A very convenient stopover from S to N France. A good restaurant with good food and service at reasonable price.

Very stylish hotel in a b dutiful setting.

We stayed here for three days and were impressed from the first minute we were there. The young gentleman who checked us in was so welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic, even telephoning us when our room was ready. The room was large and very comfortable, with a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect- a five minute walk from the station and very close to all the places to see. We particularly loved doing the Owl Walk, which guides one around this lovely city. This...

Lovely hotel, shower was amazing, location was perfect, unfortunately the Michelin star restaurant was closed for 2 weeks as it was holiday season so we couldn’t dine in the hotel, only criticism I have is that it would of been nice to use the sauna area but you couldn’t unless you booked a massage which I feel is disappointing if you are a guest at the hotel. All the staff were excellent but the English chap from Bedford 😊 was outstanding, he was so incredibly helpful and polite, he is...
