"The hotel room was a nice size, clean, had a mini fridge and had a luxury feel. The staff was incredibly helpful and happy to help. The area the hotel is in is lovely and quiet. There is a grocery store on the same block, which was pretty convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed the staff member who checked us in when we arrived. She welcomed us and spoke English with us. She provided us with a map and some helpful suggestions for places to visit, eat and transportation. I called for an extra towel to be added to the room. The staff member brought the towel plus an extra towel up to the room right away. She was very polite and spoke English with me. The staff has been very accommodating with our stay here. My family and I loved the pool. Our kids swam in the pool and we order food and drinks out there too. It was very relaxing! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. This hotel and its staff has been friendly and made us feel very comfortable. This has been an enjoyable stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at Azz Táctica. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. My partner and I are vegan, and although there weren't many vegan options available at breakfast, the chef kindly prepared a fresh salad for us, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel well looked after. The location was also very convenient, around a 20-minute walk to Fuente del Jarro station, with easy access into Valencia city centre, and very close to the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing staff, a lovely room and excellent service. We absolutely loved Valencia—it has definitely found a place in our hearts. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel had a terrible smell. I think they used a spice fragrance like massage oil. Terrible for some one hypoallergenic and it was suppose to be a fitness center. Breakfast was limited. Little veg fiber choices. No omlette choice and buffet eggs not good."
