Very clean cabin with plenty of room for 5. Good linen and kids liked the bouncing pillow playground. Only downside was pillows too firm and park could use more shady trees. Will stay again 👍

As per photos. Clean and tidy- all the basics covered. Kids enjoyed the mini golf and bouncey pad. Nice and quiet- short drive into the Main Street of Bunbury. Would recommend

It was clean lots of room the staff were so friendly and gave great information of what to see and where to eat. We would not have seen knome village if not for the lady who checked us in. It was a site to see.

Quieter not so many kids running around . Clean units Friendly staff A area with a BBQ around the pool or a general meeting and sit place might have socially connected people more . A new year drink or nibbles in an area with a count down might have brought people together.

Nice accommodation for families and group travel. Not really any shops or dining options within walking distance. Beach is nearby, and the Margaret River wine region is about an hours drive.

The rooms were large and comfy. Well equipped and great position for hospital visits. Was a bit disappointed with the cost for a mid week stay in winter considering shared amenities.

Clean and Close to where we needed to be. The heating was not sufficient. It didn’t warm the unit and was very noisy even though it looked new.

All round good place for familys. decent rooms and plenty of space and things for kids to play. Staff are friendly too.

I did not like the ladies toilets near reception Because there were a group of men talking loudly when I went fir my shower I felt quite unsafe The same thing happened previously when I stayed in room 8 I think I was in room 6

The accomodation was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us and our two children. The air conditioner was much needed and worked well. I particularly liked the bath, and the kitchen provisions which made cooking on the stove easy. When we arrived we didn’t have any dishwashing liquid and there wasn’t anything to wipe down benches. The front office promptly gave us some dishwashing liquid. I think just having some antibacterial spray and a cloth, if allowed, in the accomodation is required especially when cooking in house and during these current times. We would definitely stay again it was fabulous.

The park although in school holiday mode, was fairly quiet, especially around my van, everything was clean and amenities were available . The only thing I would have liked was a knife and fork as I was only there for work so did not bring any utensils. The other thing is that although the van was quiet with having someone next door, every time someone moved in either van the whole thing shook, which was a little annoying when trying to sleep. Overall I would certainly stay here again

The style of accommodation booked for you was one of our workforce vans which basicaaly is a larger ensuited caravans split into 2 units.Unfortunately being a van movement may be felt by either party staying. They are a basic set up if cooking facilities are required in teh future I suggest one of our self contained cabins may be a better option. Again thank you for your stay.

Lack of Concern from Management
The care factor at this place is non existent and it really is very disappointing.Additionally I would not take kids over the age of 5 to this place.You dont want them traumatized like ours now are from a violent incident that happened at the unit behind ours where multiple police had to be called along with Ambulances.Fighting went on for hours and the management never did anything.Finally it culminated in one of the residents being smashed with a glass bottle with my kids viewing everything.Blood and bottles all over.No follow up from management or apologies or even just checking if we were ok. Disgusted by the lack of caring and will be taking this further.

Upgrading my room on the second night was easy and the staff were accommodating with changing the room and only paying the difference. First night was horrendous due to other guests partying all night, was not aware of the after hours number to call until the next day when it was shown to me. This should be displayed prominently in each unit.
