It's a very nice hotel: very quite and convenient. However, the service is not as good as expected. It seems that there were communication issues. Our soap bottle and conditional bottle were not function properly, but after many times talking to the front desk, the issues were not resolved. I wish the four star hotel could pay attention to these details.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Air Conditioning was not working during our stay, and we were in Paris during some of the hottest days of July 2025. The staff were very “hopeful” that the systems were getting repaired and would work, but it never got to the U.S. standards of A/C. The rooms were small but comfortable. Rest assured, it does cool off at night and the windows open to allow cooler air to help out.

"We stayed for 4 nights and the room was just too hot… room 540. It never went down lower than 24 degrees. We followed all instructions then asked for maintenance. They did go but nothing happened. Maybe it’s just that room? Then they should fix it because it will result to reviews like this. No dust ..."
