    "Good central location to see all the key landmarks. The room was smaller than I pictured and we barely had any floor space for our suitcases. Bathroom was nice but had to ask for shampoo and conditioner to be filled. Our neighbours were quite loud late at night. Overall, it was a good stay."

    "A great central to everything location. A short walk to train station and over to Darling Harbour. We went to the theatre and yet again just a short walk. The property was well presented. The breakfast well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the communication with our booking we requested two beds in one of our two rooms booked. They had missed my emails and only prepared a queen size and had to quickly organise a trundle bed shoved in the room. This wasn’t ideal but we..."

    "Reception staff were good, very helpful, and good breakfast, but the hotel needs some TLC, long waiting for lifts with one lift out of action for the duration of our stay, 2 stage to get to rooms, 1 lift from street entrance to reception the second lift to bedrooms. This is not a 5 star hotel, 4 at best, it’s redeeming features were its staff, great reception and restaurant staff. Guest rooms ok, bathroom in a below par standard. We will probably try another hotel when we return in September"
