"Amber, the maintenance person, saved us! We arrived on Monday. The lady at the front desk was supposed to program our key cards to work through Thursday! After our dinner Tuesday 30 minutes away at Defiance Lodge, we found that NONE of our three key cards worked! The front desk staff had left around ..."
