"A bit disappointing, considering it’s such an expensive and luxurious hotel. We had to pay extra to access the pools, and I don’t think that was well informed in advance. The staff is great and very professional, and the common areas are beautiful. However we were very disappointed when our room was in a completely different builing, it was old and run-down. The room looked nice, but there was a dried urine stain on the toilet seat, and the glasses were not clean."
