The front desk was understaffed at check in leading to a long wait and no welcome drink for us, staff at the front desk didn’t speak good an English. We stayed at 4 star resorts in Bali with much better service and amenities."

Don’t need alarm anymore as we will naturally woke up by the sunshine through the window. It is a great place for us to embrace the nature and restore a peaceful mind and get recharged. I would definitely recommend ! And friendly staff as well. Thanks for everything."

"Beautiful, spacious and clean hotel with direct access to the beach. Lovely sunrise view from the pool and restaurant area. Hotel is designed for divers and non-divers alike. For divers, there is an excellent in-house dive center and staff. Nitrox was not available during my stay unfortunately. For snorkelers, there is decent snorkeling nearby at the Drop Off dive site. Restaurant serves delicious meals with fresh ingredients and lovely presentations. Highly recommended this hotel. Would stay here again."
