Bukashi Trip

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The was clean but older and had repair work to be completed. The kiosk to checkout didn’t work. I had to use the one person staffed front desk.

The rooms were newly renovated which was nice. The customer service needs to improve. No one answered the phone line when we called for towels. Casey at the front desk was great. The Bobby Flay burgers were a disappointment. The burgers were undercooked and not edible. The veggie burger was gross, not prepared as stated in the menu. It was a mushroom burger only and was fried. It gave me food poisoning resulting in nausea and vomiting all night. The walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING next door. The best characteristics is the location and easy access to the monorail.

The room i had was amazing. Ultra vista room. Had fantastic view of strip and bellagio fountains. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly

Room was clean and room service was great. Booked this room at a decent price.
