"They checked us into a room that had not been cleaned. And we went downstairs to ask for a new room but had to WAIT behind another couple who HAD ALSO been checked into a dirty room. The floors of the entire hotel were filthy and it was hot in the lobby and in our new room. We decided to drive back to our town after our event was over and just left rather than stay the night and get bed bugs or venereal disease from the bathrooms. We never even used the new room because we were so grossed out. They told us Expedia wouldn’t give us a refund. Expedia told us it was the hotel. Whatever. Don’t stay here. Ever. And it is the same cost as a boutique hotel. Plus a man dressed like a pirate checked us in."
