Departamento cómodo y excelente estado.

Muy buena experiencia; todo muy cómodo y limpio. Lo unico que agregaría es algún elemento de cortesía en la cocina como algunos saquitos de te, sobres de café, azúcar etc. Igual para el baño, algún sobre de shampoo, jaboncitos. Los detalles hacen la diferencia!

Ótimo lugar!

Ótimo lugar e bem localizado, atendimento tranquilo, 4 quadras do metrô, padarias, supermercados, e várias coisas perto, muito bom. O microondas estava com problema, avisei e no outro dia já estava um funcionando no local, fiquei um período de 8 dias, peguei limpo e teve 1 limpeza no período, por ser suite, acredito que seja isso mesmo. Recomendo demais.

Fiquei pouco mais de uma semana no Silver Soho e a experiência no geral foi positiva. A recepção do Fernando foi bastante atenciosa e ele se esforçou para atender tudo que pedimos, com prontidão. A localização é ótima, a poucos minutos do metro Plaza Itália (em uma direcao), bem como de inúmeros bares, restaurantes e lojas. O bairro é arborizado e charmoso. O quarto é confortável, bastante amplo, e atendeu ao que precisávamos. Tem geladeira, fogão, armarios, tv (pequena), som etc. a cobertura tem uma bonita vista da cidade, além de uma piscina, bem rasa é pequena, mas refrescante. A avaliação só não é melhor pela limpeza que deixou muito a desejar. É feita só após certo tempo (o que era combinado), mas foi muito superficial. Não repuseram sequer papel higiênico, não lavaram a pouquíssima louca que havia. Os utensílios de cozinha também poderiam ser trocados, bem como os talheres. Voltaria, mas gostaria de ver uma evolução nesse quesito.

A great place to stay in Buenos Aires

This hotel offers apartments for short term rental so there are not many services offered like a regular hotel except for housekeeping and friendly management who are very helpful. It is in a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants within a few blocks walk or a taxi ride for even more. We really enjoyed having all the space the apartment afforded, the location and helpful suggestions from Fernando, the manager.

Outstanding hotel with perfect location

I had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Perfect for a two-night stay. Close to my business meeting and also all touristy spots. Defo recommend to anyone even for a longer stay.

muy mala atencion para hablar con alguien, pues np hay "nadie en mostrador de recepción- Cuando uno se encuentra con la persona que le dio las llaves de la habitación al ingreso, el aclara que no tiene nada que ver con atención al cliente de querer hablar con alguien, un señor sabe estar despues de las 15 horas- Como fuí a una feria en Palermo, a ese horario me resultó imposible asistir, llamé por TE a un supuesto administrador.quien me dijo que esperara al dia del cheq out, que el estaría a las 9 de la mañana, El día mencionado estaba limpiando el lobby, la persona que me entregó las llaves el día de mi arribo- Me entregó un tiquet por el monto a cobrar que era muy superior a lo pactado por internet. por lo que decidí esperarlo, a las 11 horas como no aparecia, conminé al encargado de limpieza, a llamarlo, pues intenté comunicarme al nro de TE que me habian entregado y me atendía un contestador- A las 11,45 aparecio un joven, a quién aclaré mi punto de vista, me ofreció un débil argumento de cambio del dolar, que rechacé de plano. Luego de un áspero diálogo, convino en cobrarme el importe pactado a la confirmacion de la reserva. Curiosamente no cambió el tiquet con el importe superior, Pagué y nos retiramos para nunca regresar, atte Alberto Castarés

El apartamento es lindo y está ubicado en una zona muy buena. El problema es que se trata de eso: un apartamento. Dos de las tres noches hubo una fiesta en algun otro apartamento y no logramos dormir hasta las 5am. Cmo no tiene servicio de teléfono, si no tienes tu propio celular no hay forma de contactar al encargado. Tampoco hay servicio de portería permanente y la higiene del baño no es la mejor. Si llevan niños pequeños hay que tener en cuenta que la mampara es fija con lo que se dificulta ducharlos.

Clean, quiet, great inexpensive stay in Palermo

We stayed for 3 weeks in Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires. Street was tree-lined and quiet with no buses and limited commerce, except for small shops-bakery 1 minute away, two fruit and vegetable stands 2 minutes away, "two supermarkados" 2 minutes away. An amazing location.. Fernando, a co-manager,arranged for somebody to meet us at the airport at 7:15 AM. Fernando met us at the hotel at 9:30 AM and showed us our room and told us about the area (where to exchange money, subway is the way to travel, and where to get it, where to shop, etc.). In addition, he did not charge us extra for a 9:30 check-in. Fernando and Javier (other co-manager) are young professionals, who have excellent English communication skills and who always there to help out and give advice. They are real professionals and wanted us to totally enjoy our time in Buenos Aires. Fernando worked at a hotel for a couple of years in the USA and he also spent some time on a cruise ship so he knows the importance of service in the hotel business. The facility was built in 2008 so everything is new and clean. We stayed in a studio apartment with a complete kitchen and a balcony. Room was quiet and location was awesome.The shower was exceptionally good with excellent pressure and we always had hot water (hot water heater is in each room). Internet was always accessible and we were able to skype with video to our daughter, son-in-law and 16-month old grandson. A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE FOR THE RIGHT PRICE!

El día de mi check in llegue tarde en la noche y estaba Fernando esperándome, su guía e indicaciones me hicieron sentir muy cómoda y me facilitaron mi estancia. En un lugar muy cercano al predio de La Rural, podía llegar caminando y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Cama muy cómoda, cocineta, baño, accesorios de servicios muy bien, aire acondicionado, agua caliente... todo perfecto.

Great home from home

It is a residential apartment so you need to be prepared to be independent. When you arrive, you will not see the "terrazas de Uriarte" sign, it just looks like a residential block. The location is excellent for the restaurants and museums of Palermo. I have given service 3/5 only because they are there part time.
