This apartment is in the center of the city. Very convenient for bus, subway, or walking. It was very convenient to have a keypad to get in or out. No key needed. So we did not have to worry when our plane came in real late. Beds were very comfortable and A/C were good. The kitchen was small and simple

The property is good for the price point, very close to the executive mansion and the cathedral. It is very comfortable. No cable or smart TV, so be ready to have a full day. No wine glasses, but two water cups are available. No big trash just a small one in the bathroom. I would stay here again!

O apartamento é espaçoso e tem cozinha completa. As camas são muito confortáveis. Chuveiro maravilhoso. A comunicação por whatsapp foi excelente, o senhor Leandro foi muito gentil e atencioso. Localização ótima, perto de tudo. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque no anúncio dizia ter janelas anti-ruído e quando chegamos lá as janelas na verdade não eram anti-ruído. E também porque o edifício está em obras e por conta do barulho das obras não foi possível dormir até tarde.

Passamos 2 finais de semana no apartamento 1F. A estrutura é boa, limpeza impecável, fui atendida com rapidez quando precisei entrar em contato com o anfitrião, e o apartamento está perto de muito pontos turísticos, comércios de conveniência e transportes públicos (ônibus e mêtro). No entanto, alguns pontos podem melhorar: o banheiro ficava muito molhado ao tomar banho, não tinha amenidades básicas para um airbnb (como sal, óleo, pelo menos uma garrafa de água no check-in), e o wifi era bem instável.

The best feature is the ability to check in after hours. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 5:00 am and were able to check in. Lo mejor carecteristica fue la abilidad de chequer en la media noche. Nuestros vuelo fue demorado y llegamos a las 5 en la manana y podemos entrar sin problema.

El lugar esta muy bien, no es muy cómoda la cama del sillón pero si es un niño no le importa mucho. La limpieza ok, y la atención perfecta. Un elemento importante es que esta en el medio de 3 paradas de subtes diferentes y eso conecta muy fácil la movilidad.

Post cruise adventure

Perfect location for our trip . We stayed there for a week after doing a 14 day cruise. We were within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see and public transportation was easy to use for longer trips we wanted to take . Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Great stop for exploring Buenos Aires.

We had a great time in the tastefully apartment. Very comfortable bed great layout with kitchen bathroom spacious room. All in walking distance to the centre and easy walk to the underground's. Easy to park your car next door to the building. We have enjoyed it so much that we have booked two bigger apartments with our children and grandchildren. All units are very tasteful decorated. We will come back after our travels trough Argentina. The service was great,doing our washing and helping for a baby sitter. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful.

The people working this Apart Hotel are amazing, but the place itself is horrible. Will not recommend it! The pillows looked like they were older than I was, the towels had holes in them and like that the rest of the place. Don't get fooled by the pictures.

Los apartamentos están mu bien. Están muy bien situados y son muy amplios, son bastante cómodos. El primer día nos ubicaron en uno en la primera planta y había un ruido horrible como de una máquina que no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche. Hablamos con ellos y a partir del segundo día nos subieron a la cuarta planta, a un apartamento exterior que edtaba mucho mejor. Sin ruido y con wifi perfecto.

Quartier sécuritaire, superbe appartement

Nous avions un appartement avec une chambre et un salon. Le canapé lit était confortable et la literie de la chambre également. La cuisine était bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. La salle de bain était grande avec une belle douche (eau chaude). L'immeuble est bien sécurisé dès l'entrée avec une porte électrique. Le quartier est sécuritaire, on y trouve beaucoup de café, confiserie, restaurant, supermarché et proche de nombreux site touristique. Le personnel est à l'écoute, parle anglais, et facilement atteignable car une dame habite l'immeuble. De plus il y a un jardin d'hiver sur le toit, nous y sommes pas allé car le temps ne s'y prêtait pas.
