El departamento estaba muy espacioso, limpio, y la comunicación fue muy buena. Nuestro check-in fue fuera del horario de la recepción y nos dejaron las instrucciones para poder entrar. La zona nos gustó muchísimo!

Friendly staff

Helpful and friendly staff, I was able to check in early. Brilliant prime location in Recoleta. Room was comfortable, I had both a radiator and air conditioning. The kitchen amenities were brilliant, fridge, mini electric oven, kettle and mini stove. Only issue was the layout of the bathroom, it is very small and the shower is on top of the toilet so everything gets wet and there's barely any room.

Stadt appartement für low budget ok

Das Zimmer selbst ist gross. Leider kein Balkon wie auf den Bildern. Badezimmer sehr klein, hat ein kleines Fenster wo man in liftschacht schaut,leider kann das auch der Nachbar.... da es kein vorhang gibt etwas unangenehm zum Duschen! Nach dem Duschen steht das Bad unterwasser! Es gibt ein badetuch für den Boden aber leider wird das erst nach drei Tagen ausgetauscht. Also bleibt es die nächsten Tagen komplett nass. Sauberkeit ist auch nicht ihre stärke. Küche ist mit dem aller nötigsten ausgestattet. Lage ist gut. Das Fenster im schlafzimmer fällt fast auseinander wenn man es öffnet. Und wenn es geschlossen ist meint man es sei noch offen.. null Lärm Schutz! Würde bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt mir was anderes suchen.

Esta es una opinión completamente objetiva. Como arrendatario temporal del apartamento debo reconocer que la relación calidad precio es buena, y la ubicación muy buena. Pero: 1º- es un engaño la edificación, las fotos parecen una cosa que no es realmente, empezando por la entrada, un pasillo de 1 metro de ancho que en ningun caso corresponde con las fotos gran angular que existen donde parece una escalera palaciega... ES TODO LO CONTRARIO... un acceso vergonzoso, ascensores que no entiendo cumplen normativa de seguridad alguna, escaleras de acceso a plantas superiores tipo caracol de 70 cm... increibles para este tiempo. 2º.- TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO CON EL APARTAMENTO QUE CONTRATAN, que quiero decir, contrate un apartamento tipo superior y me dieron uno estandar... mucho mas barato y pequeño, pero como las fotos de los apartamentos son iguales para todos... NO SABES EL APARTAMENTO QUE TE ASIGNAN, en mi caso me dijeron que el que reserve estaba alquilado un dia y me daban otro... UN DESASTRE, aunque lo acepte no era ni parecido en categoria al que me ofrecieron. 3º La limpieza es penosa, solo se preocupan de hacer la cama y quitar el aire acondicionado o cualquier consumo de luz..... los baños realmente sucios, toallas con manchas sospechosas.... En resumen trato correcto pero peligrosas instalaciones en materia de ascensores y escaleras de evacuación (que en caso de peligro serian impracticables) y al no concretar el apartemento arrendado un presunto juego de calidades

Limpieza no muy buena

El servicio incluía limpieza diaria, pero atrás del sillón estaba lleno de pelusas. Las camas no las hicieron, yo las tapé con colcha y así quedaron. La mesada de la cocina cuando entré tuve que limpiarla. El piso de la cocina era como pisar azúcar. Las fotos publicadas en Hotels.com no coincidían con la habitación que me dieron, la hermosa ventana de la habitación, tenía una vista horrible (daba a maquinarias, aires acondicionados, etc.).

Buena ubicación y atención. Muy buen estado del inmueble, excepto el ascensor. Cuando subí la primera vez me quedé varado entre dos pisos sin poder salir como 20 minutos hasta que avanzó. Refrozaría la cerradura de la puerta que daba al balcón de la habitación, por las dudas.. El resto todo excelente como siempre!

Muy bien las instalaciones, el único detalle es que la cama ''grande'' no era cama de dos plazas sino que eran dos camas chicas unidas por las sabanas, lo que resultó sumamente incómodo a la hora de dormir. Y otro detalle es que el foco del baño no funcionaba bien. El resto todo IMPECABLE!! Excelente hospedaje y muy buena atención.

Rundown place with nice staff

This hotel is quite old and rundown, not well represented by the photos. And the wall between my room and the next, was paper thin. I had an especially crazy neighbor, and I could hear her talking to herself, as well as every note from her music. The saving grace of this place was the nice staff. The receptionists and security guards are very friendly and helpful, and the maids do their best. The location is convenient. There is a good restaurant down the street that delivers to the rooms.

Hotel para una estadía corta.

Está bien ubicado. En mi caso no me tocó una habitación demasiado espaciosa pero, no fue incómoda. Tal vez podría mejorarse el mobiliario y algo la limpieza. Pero, nada que impida recomendarlo o volver.
