El Peor Hotel de la Historia

Pésimo! Hotel muy pero muy sucio, baño chico y abandonado. No hay nadie en recepción, y el sistema de ingreso al edificio con la app es muy malo, me quede afuera varias veces. En el checkin desconocían mi reserva (ya paga) y no brindaban soluciones. Recién a las 5 de la tarde me llamaron indicando que ya lo habían resuelto y me dieron la habitación. En la habitación no había shampoo ni frazadas. Para él checkout no había nadie en la recepción y dejé la llave en cualquier lado con tal de irme. No es recomendable en lo más mínimo.

El departamento es chiquito pero confortable. Muy limpio y comodo. Muy bien ubicado. A 2 cuadras de la lunea B de subte y cerca de plaza Serrano y sus bares. Lo recomiendo!

CONFORTABLE. No nos toco la habitación que muestran en la foto, era parecida pero mas pequeña. La luz difusa en la habitación. Cama grande y cómoda. Sin muchas pretenciones, es bueno......La atención de la señorita de Recepcion, muy agradable !

Departamento cómodo, buen entorno y muy buen precio. Pero en los detalles están las falencias. El refrigerador suena mucho y en la noche es molesto. Cuando uno se baña se sale toda el agua de la ducha. Tuve que secar con las toallas y me cobraron extra por toallas nuevas. Las camas son cómodas.

Disappointing

We liked the hotel’s proximity to the subte and Palermo is within walking distance from the hotel. The staff was also nice and friendly. The standard of the room and the hotel in general was however very disappointing. The cleanliness of our room wasn’t good. The room also seemed to have a humidity problem as there was a strange smell, and there were small black spots on curtains etc. The room service is also very limited. We stayed for five nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once. There were also small annoying details like the bathroom bin was broken and the quality of the towels was really bad (they left white fluff all over your skin).
