El hotel podría ser mucho mejor. Las instalaciones deberían recibir mayor atención, los baños son reducidos, con regaderas en las que solo cae un chorro de agua y la cortina rota, las puertas de mi habitación no cerraban completamente. La entrada principal un día por la noche descompuesta y sin poder acceder.

Una lástima

Bastante flojo.. Buena ubicación y tiene pinta de que antes a sido un buen hostel pero esta pasando un mal momento... La atención es malisima.. Quizás no tienen bien pago el personal y por eso no le ponen onda... Recepcion muy poca iniciativa para solucionarte algo. El muchacho del bar es lo más impresentable que puede haber... Esta más pendiente de ligar o de levantarse una mina que de trabajar. Estuvimos sin luz todo un día.. Creo que por falta de pago. Nadie se acercó ni a preguntar. Un desastre. Malisimo.

el personal no fue nada atento, cuando llegue el recepcionista estaba mas preocupado en continuar jugando en la computadora que mostrarme mi habitación o las instalaciones. aparte es como el doble de caro que otros hosteles de la zona que son el doble mejor

El Bar de cervezas artesanales que hace tan atractivo al hostel ya no funciona mas. Por las quejas de los vecinos se cerro la parte de bar. Una lastima que no actualicen los datos del hostel ofreciendo algo que no existe mas.

Power outage.

The bar and garden was closed. There was a power outage from midday till checkout in the morning. No wifi, light, or aircon. No information given, no accommodating staff. Kitchen utterly disgusting. Tried to get a discount or refund, could only get a free night in one of the other art factory hostels. I stayed in another earlier, which was also an experience I wouldn't relive. Has bed bugs.

Boa localização

Bem localizado, o bairro Palermo tem muitos restaurantes como o Dom Juan que é fantástico. Staff foi muito cordial sempre me perguntando se eu precisava de algo. Camas sempre arrumadas e limpeza de quarto boa, banheiro sempre limpo. Considerando um quarto compartilhado apenas com mulheres. São 12 quartos, elevador antigo, mais para ser utilizado com bagagens ou quem não consiga subir e descer as escadas. Tem onde deixar as malas caso faça check-out e Ainda fique pela cidade, sem custo. Caso precise deixar por 1 dia, a diária cobrada é de 50 pesos por diária. Alugam toalhas por 80 pesos, caso precise troca-las ser mais 80 pesos. Tem um hiper mercado Coto na Av Santa Fé que vende desde alimentos a utilitários para a casa, roupas e toalhas. Comprei a minha por 119 pesos.

Mis-leading advert, facilities lacking but nice pe

We booked this for what looked to be a lively hostel with Bar but when we arrived we were advised the bar had been shut for some time due to complaints from local residents. The kitchen was pretty terrible, only 2 hobs, 2 sets of cutlery and plastic plates for a huge hostel meant queing for the facilities. The hostel had a dissused kitchen downstairs but the guests weren't allowed to use these facilities causing frustration amongst guests. The location is great though and we did meet some great people here.

El bar no estaba habilitado. La habitación estaba en el 3er piso y no andaba el ascensor. La chica q atendia era muy nueva y no sabia manejar bien el sistema. Si no hubiera sido q encontramos una promo. 690 pesos por una noche sin desayuno me parece caro. La ubicación si estaba buena

Un desastre ,no había toallas limpias y cuando me dieron las toallas al día siguiente no había agua caliente( dos dias sin agua caliente) la habitación no estaba en condiciones Maira una de las empleadas no me resolvió ninguno de los problemas que tuvimos dijo que todo estos problemas eran porque recién abría el lugar una persona totalmente incompetente para ocupar ese puesto Lo único positivo del lugar fue Pablo la única persona del hostel que hizo todo lo posible para mejorar nuestra estadía

Reclamo sin respueta

Buenas tardes quería comunicarles q el cambio que me hicieron en el hospedaje fue horroroso no solo pique la zona donde me mandaron no es nada que ver con la zona que yo reserve,sino que al llegar al lugar no había nadie que nos recibiera ni tampoco nos explicará cómo funcionaba el hotel,después de esperar 2hs en la calle con 4valijas y mi señora embarazada en medio del frío a las 23hs recién me avisa otro huésped del hotel que debía ir a buscar la llave a otro lado y recién volver para poder ingresar al hotel,algo totalmente descabellado y fuera de lugar en mi vida me pasó algo así ,x lo tanto solicitó que se me reintegre lo que gaste en excedente en taxi por su mala capacidad de información,le informó q yo llamé al nro q me dieron ustedes y la señorita que me atendió solo me informó sobre el cambio de hotel sin darme ninguna información sobre el tema de la llave y esta modalidad rara,del taxi tengo la boleta como corresponde espero una respuesta favorable ya que soy un viajero frecuente y siempre reservo hoteles con ustedes no quisiera verme decilucionado x ese pequeño percance ,Lucas Andrés García pd/tengo la boleta del taxi si lo requieren

el hostal aun no estaba terminado

lamentablemente solo estuvimos ahí un día, ya que al llegar el hostal aun estaba en remodelación por lo que nos cambiaron de sede, a otro art Factory, nosotros pedimos una habitación para cuatro y nos hospedaron con 8, y no fuimos comunicados del cambio.

Personnel au top !

L'hostel en était à son deuxième jour d'ouverture tout n'était pas vraiment fini (pas de table pour le petit déjeuner par exemple). Néanmoins mon séjour s'est avéré agréable et le personnel s'est plié en quatre pour résoudre tous les petits soucis de jeunesse de l'établissement. Pour son personnel je le recommande, je ne peux pas vraiment juger le reste vu qu'il était encore en travaux. Seuls points negatifs les matelas sont malheureusement un peu durs et il n'y a pas de tv dans la chambre privée.
