Habitacion muy fea

Habitación muy fea, se acerca más a 1 estrella que a 3. La entrada al hotel es incómoda. Sábanas con manchas (parecía sangre). Ruidoso, se escuchan conversaciones de habitaciones contiguas. Wifi muy inestable. Si te quedas más de una noche, busca otro hotel.

Un rapport qualité/prix PARFAIT. Des services pareils pour ce prix, c'est extrêmement rare. Salle de bain parfaite très propre. Les photos sont conformes, rien à dire. Personnel très à l'écoute. J'ai juste eu un petit soucis avec la télévision mais je ne suis restée qu'une nuit donc il n'était pas utile de changer de chambre pour ci peu. Le lit est EXTREMEMENT grand et très propre. Je recommande.

I called the hotel and ordered a shuttle service that would catch me up at the airport and drive me to the hotel. The receptionist I spoke to by phone was very kind. Was a very pleasant first impression. The shuttle transport costs around 900 Argentinian pesos = 20$ . Thats a a fair price. It´s cheaper than a taxi and only about 3$ more than an Uber. The Welcome at the hotel was kind and check in was very fast. They use Key Cards. at the lobby they have a computer for public use. The wifi worked everywhere. My room was #129 and I definetly recomend it, No noises at all (as I ordered a room to inside, not to the stree.The beds had a hard matrace, was great. The Flat screen Tv worked good and the Remote control was clean and worked properly. As I watch the spanish channels I don´t remember if they also have english channels. But beleive me , there more than 50 entertaining channels. Considering the price of the breakfast it was terrific! There are no hot meals like scrambled eggs or bacon, but the variety was ok for the price you pay. In the lobby you can buy cold drinks 24hours like Pepsi, water, Quilmes beer (very tasty) and for incredible cheap prices, almost the sime as if you´d buy it at the supermarket... 1 beer is about 1$ (500ml). on the next building there is a Supermarket. Buses leave 2 corners away from 9th july street. Very close to Downtown (15min).

La habitación era muy chica estaba casi en un subsuelo, se escuchaban todos los sonidos que las personas hacían. El piso era de un alisado de cemento que en la habitación estaba levantado era la habitación 109. El servicio de recepción muy buenos y atentos.

Siempre que vamos a Bs As elegimos este hotel. Tiene buen servicio, las habitaciones estan muy bien y especialmente destacable es poder dejar el auto en la cochera que se encuentra al lado del hotel. Es muy recomendable.

A internet ficou sem funcionar no quarto durante quase toda estadia. O box estava sem as portas, a maçaneta do banheiro e os puxadores de cortina caiam... Ainda que contem com pessoal atencioso na recepção, precisam melhorar a manutenção e demais serviços. Quarto confortável, café ok mas com demora para reposição de frios e copos.

Excelente hospedagem

Fiquei hospedada por 15 dias e indico a todos. O hotel Alma del Plata está bem localizado em um bairro tranquilo e seguro, com comércio e transporte público próximo. As instalações são conforme o registro fotográfico e as acomodações correspondem ao valor contratado. Tive problemas de adaptação com o quarto, solicitei a troca, fui muito bem atendida. Os funcionários são gentis, pró ativos e acessíveis. O café da manhã é simples, básico e corresponde favoravelmente o valor pago e nutricional. O Wi-Fi por 4 dias ficou ruim no andar a qual estava hospedada, porém logo solucionaram o problema.

Staff can help arrange taxi to/from hotel. Location makes it easy to walk but they said it was not safe to walk at night. Room needed renovation but I saw other rooms which were much better.

Acesso ao hotel difícil, tem que subir malas pela escada há na entrada. Elevador minúsculo e lento, corredores muito sujos, cheiro de cigarro, café da manhã muito fraco.
