The location of this hotel is excellent. Its layout is such that while it's in the middle of Palermo Soho, rooms are in the back and shielded from noise from surrounding bars, restaurants, etc. While advertised as "boutique", there are no real luxuries. Rooms are nicely designed, but with minimal accommodations and breakfast could use a little upgrade (hard to believe croissants were almost inedible given how good average pastries are in Argentina!). The staff was super helpful and accommodating of special needs (they purchased low-fa/sugar-free yoghurt for one of the members in our party that was diabetic). The affordable price made this an excellent value and I would stay there again.

Loved it!
Great location and near by to tons of bars and restaurants. Hotel is small but it has everything you need. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is super cute. It is in the middle of shopping area and very trendy. They have mini breakfast served in the morning which is okay but not bad. The staff were super helpful and friendly as well.

Nice small boutique hotel.
Nice small boutique hotel. Great location and extremely helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was limited but good. Good value for the quality but I booked it during a sale. I'd recommended this hotel without hesitation.

La localización es perfecta. Me asignaron una habitacion en el patio, en el primer piso. Estaban haciendo reformas y las obras empezaron antes de l nueve de la mañana, el ruido insoportable hasta las 15 aproximadamente. La mañana siguiente como mi vuelo salia por la mañana no pude tomar el desayuno ya que se sirve a partir de las 8. Segun me habian indicado al momento del check in podia pedirlo mas temprano si era necesario asique lo pedi para las 7.15-7.30 pero no estaba disponible a la hora acordada

Great location and staff.
The staff is super friendly and willing to help you and give you recommendations. The only thing that bothers me was the shower tiles. They need an upgrade or a deep cleaning. Other than that the location is great, close to the Subte and with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel in the heart of beautiful Palermo with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Friendly staff, spacious & clean room. The breakfast included is basic (coffee, tea, toast, muffins, cheese, meat, spreads, scrambled eggs, fruits) but plenty for a good start into the day. If you book a room facing the street (which we did / with balcony) be aware that it might be a bit noisy from time to time due to the road / traffic. But didn’t bother us. Only thing that comes to mind in an overall really great stay is the fridge in the room which was very loud. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Buenos Aires. Thank you!!

Very good location with great eating places nearby. Enjoyed our time there immensely. Staff helped us greatly during the national strike in September 18 and cannot speak highly enough of their efforts for us.

Location is great. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, and on weekends there is a fair at Plaza Serrano. Staff was great and they helped out a lot. Stayed here twice.

Good enough, but not great.
The hotel was OK, but I wouldn't go back. We didn't have internet access in the room for four days (out of a six nights stay). I complained several times, and they were receptive, but the fact that we didn't have internet connection was not good for me. The hotel is very nice (a recycled old house), and our room has a small patio. The room was good enough, and the location is great.
