We checked into the property and as soon as we walked in noticed the AC ws was not working so i went back and told the front desk and she said she would get maintenance to come look at it and said if they were not in she would put usbin another room. We no one came and she didn't upgrade so we had to crack the door and the window in the room to get air flow. Morning comes and i go back and tell the front that no one came and now the toile has ran off and on all night and the bed sheets smelled bad. She said she look at maintenance there. We had to leave cuz we had tickets to Knott's Berry Farm and I asked her to have the manager call me he did not come until 11:00 so I said I would be waiting for his phone call. Well as you can expect there was no phone call we get back about 6:00 at night and they did fix the AC but the toilet still was leaking. They didn't change the bedding and there was no one on staff that could do it at that time. They brought us the sheets so we can do it ourselves. We checked out the next morning and I asked for the managers phone number and she didn't have it all she gave me was an email and said that the manager knew about the situation and would get back with us well here we are a week later when I get this review and nothing has even happened. Needless to say we won't be back at this property. Very poor management and customer service.

The hotel has seen much better days. The restaurant was supposedly being renovated. They sent me to the 2nd and 3rd floor to look for a vending machine. There was an alcove where some were probably located there in 1995. The whole place ranges from tired to distressed. We chose it because it was the only hotel around that area that had a room with two beds but that was its only redeeming feature. The tub was so grungy that we didn't want to bath in it. There was hardly anyone staying there but the one person that was was a heavy person in the room right above us. Don't bother with this place. The owners obviously haven't.

I traveled with my husband and 4 kids, price is reasonable for what you get. The rooms are average sized, it’s an old hotel and being remodeled. Everything was clean in our rooms except the floors. My kids’ socks were BLACK from how dirty they were. It was a good experience overall, again I didn’t expect much from how low the price was so I’m satisfied with what I got.

Not the best hotel but it is what expected for the price. We planned on staying for the full weekend but checked out after the first night and went to a different hotel. The floors are super thin and the person on the floor above kept moving starting at 4 am and didn’t stop until 8am. A peaceful sleep is not possible. My kids enjoyed the pool but we had to wait until 1000 for it to open. That seems pretty late in comparison to other hotels. Water pressure was low in the bathroom, the toilet would make loud noises randomly and one of the elevators is inoperable.

It could be an amazing property with the right management! The pool was cloudy, the hot tub was disgusting! The toilet needed to be plunged every time we used it! The elevator quit working! The hot tub quit working ! This place needs a lot of help and a visit from the health department!!

It was fine. A bit more run down than the pics showed. The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaners and when we got to the room all the drawers were open. Just seemed odd. Lighting is odd. Lamps were unplugged but worked after plugging in. Bed was ok. Not too uncomfortable or comfortable. Would I come back? Probably not. But was it worth the low price, I guess it did what it was supposed to for a quick trip.

Roaches in the rooms. On the floor and the shower curtain. Was given another room from 4th to 1st floor and no lie roaches on the floor. No housekeeping. Dirty and locks don’t work. Toilet didn’t work. Shower didn’t get hot.

Ontop of that they promised me another room if the a/c was still not wotking and it still wasnt working and i didnt get no replacement room . Very terrible

One of the housekeepers stole our clothes that were left behind and I had to go out and purchase more clothes for the day due to housekeeping stealing things left behind instead or turning things into reception. Plus all the rooms need renovations they don’t match the description online and nothing work is in the rooms from the TVs, phones or internet. We were moved to 4 different rooms in 1 day due to all the rooms having things wrongs or soiled mattresses.

The hotel is in a great area close to lots of tourist attractions and shopping! The room did not have bedding for the pullout bed, which was needed because our family of 3 could not fit in one bed. They told us they didn’t have extra pillows, phone was broken, the curtains were worn out and the floors were extremely dirty, needed to wear shoes at all times. One of the elevators were not working either.

Guest services made the arrival and check in super easy. I would have marked quiet but during our stay there, someone’s car alarm was going off (twice) in the middle of the night (across the street from the hotel, something the hotel had no control over) for a while before it was turned off. But other than that, it was a great stay!

Crap hotel! The room is horrible. The toilet runs and barely flushes. The sofa bed is unusable because the mattress is just springs. Outlets don’t work. Fridge is wet inside?? Bathroom sink knob falls off. Shower sucks and barely drains. Room feels very dirty. They don’t answer the phone but when you go down - the staff are just chatting and on their cell phones. Limited lighting and there is 1 lamp in the “living room” plugged in with no light bulb. Would recommend not staying here and choosing another hotel in the area.

This Property isn’t how it appears really, the rooms are very dirty and you can see water damage on the walls and tables.. floor is dirty, took of my shoes when i got there and my socks turned black.. They used foil to patch up things that are broken and silver, lamp shade had a game of tik tac toe played on it and little kid scribbles, jacuzzi is green and not kept up, there is no heater only air conditioning, maintenance has to go up into the roof to turn heater on if you request, and same thing to turn air back on.. Some rooms are being remodeled so that’s promising but both my rooms this trip were very disappointing..

We had a suite, no bedding provided for the sofa bed. Floor was very sticky, decor and wall has blemishes and needed renovation. Floor was also uneven, room had a strong unpleasant odor. Do not recommend and will not return.

Stayed here while we visited Disneyland, in our room the air didn’t work, there was only 1 remote to work both TVs, when housekeeping came to clean our rooms all they did was took the garbage and dirty towels nothing was actually cleaned, they never left any new towels, we always had to go down to the front desk and ask for face towels, the front desk employee was sweet and very helpful, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Disney

First room provided was a big roach in the bathroom. Room service did not sweep the floor, during my 7 day stay, 2 times fixed the beds, they did changed the towels. The place is in a great location.
