Check in process was unclear and we weren't provided the check-in form until we phoned outside the hotel. They then emailed us a form that had to be completed. There is no reception desk and no-one to speak to for assistance. There is nowhere to store bags which is really inconvenient and we had to locate a luggage storage area for our last day and pay for that. A nespresso coffee machine was provided however no pods were provided which was really disappointing. The hotel is in the jewish quarter so easy walking distance to restaurants etc although did feel a bit unsafe at night. There is also construction work going on and the site started working at 07:30 in the morning.
