Good central location

The place was good. The building itself is very run down but located in a great central area. The flat is nicely furnished. One of the beds is not that comfortable but it’s in general ok, the flat is quite, dark for sleeping and fresh. There’s enough kitchen appliances to be able to have a simple meal. The oven was super dirty with burnt stuff inside. The flat was clean in general but some towels smelled (we took others from the closet) and the floor wasn’t great (hairs). However, our stay was in general ok and we had a good time in Budapest. While PelicanStay sent check in details late, we had a smooth easy check in.

la struttura si presentava in ristrutturazione e non mi era stata data notizia: durante il soggiorno c'erano gli operai che lavoravano nell'entrata del palazzo, in condizioni fatiscenti. L'appartamento era pieno di polvere, presentava lo scarico della doccia otturato, gli asciugamani erano sporchi e pieni di capelli altrui. Pessimo stato di pulizia.

Really nice location

Great location with the Stephen's Basilica just around the corner, many restaurants just outside the door. The main building looks like it has seen better days, but the apartment is brand new and looks very nice, big enough for five adults and equipped with AC and all other necessities. Had power failure for two consecutive nights, luckily one of us is really tall so we manage to turn the power back on again, the box is high up on the wall.

Great location

Apartment is brand new. Very well presented. Very spacious. Adequate for a family of five. In a great place near the basilica and lots of restaurants, shopping. We had a power loss in the first night. Couldn’t find the trip switch because it was high up near the roof. The contact person turned the phone off in the night. So we had to wait in the dark till next morning. The main building is not in the best condition. I think once all the renovations done it will be good.
