Sehr gut hat uns die Lage gefallen. Direkt in der Altstadt und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen, das das abgebildete Apartment welches wir auch gebucht hatten nicht dem entspricht welches hier abgebildet ist. Bei der Anreise (Check in) um 20:45 war niemand vor Ort und wir hatten auch keine Tel-Nr. Erst nach ca. 45 min. und diversen nachfragen in umliegenden Restoranten konnten wir den Hausmeister ausfindig machen, der wiederum die Kontaktperson anrief und wir gegen 21:50 endlich in unserem Apartment waren. Dieses befand sich in einem sehr dunklem Hinterhof und die sogenannte Terrasse war ein 2 qm Balkon zum Innenhof. Und die bei 30-35 Gard angepriesene Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion. Dafür hatten wir einen sehr netten Ungarischen Nachbarn der uns sehr viele Informationen über Ungarn gegeben hat. Dafür hier noch ein Dankeschön an ihn. Aber die wunderschöne Stadt Budapest hat uns über vieles hinweg sehen lassen.

grei leilighet til prisen, sentral beliggenhet, skulle ha terrasse ifølge annonsen,men den var ikke tilstede. dette gjorde opplevelsen av turen dårligere. hadde også defekt tv som ikke ble fikset,er av mindre betydning men drar ned.

Hyggelig og rolig lejlighed dejlig tæt på centrum og metrostation, så det var nemt at kommer rundt i Budapest. Lejligheden havde det den skulle have om end køkkenet var lidt småt (2 kogeplader, microovn, kaffemaskine og elkedel). Vi var afsted en familie med 3 børn i en uge og det fungerede bare. Eneste minus var at hende der modtog os i lejligheden kun talte ungarsk, men med lidt engelsk/tysk og fagter så fik vi alligevel den overlevering vi skulle bruge. Har skrevet med udlejer via SMS på engelsk og det gik problemfrit.

Friends trip to Budapest

The flat was well equipped and centrally located. Overall our stay was great, with just a couple of things that could be improved. We had to wait a while for check in but we waited in a restaurant around the corner so this was fine. The boiler didn’t make much hot water so it was difficult for everyone to shower.

De bereikbaarheid en ligging van dit appartement is perfect. Wil je een net en eenvoudig appartement, geen overlast van stadsverkeer en uitgangsleven, geschikt voor 6 personen met de luxe van een standaard vakantiehuisje dan is dit de juiste keuze. Eenvoudig vanaf vliegveld bereikbaar met buslijn 100E, uitstappen bij stopplaats Kalvin ter. Ligging in rustige steeg, met op 50 meter de winkelstraten en op 250 meter de markthal (met supermarkt).

Las fotos no corresponden con lo ofertado. Es la dirección de las oficinas de la empresa. Los apartamentos están en otra dirección a unos 150 metros. Expedia debería asegurarse de lo que oferta, es publicidad engañosa. Además el contacto era una persona que solo hablaba húngaro y ruso. Totalmente incomprensible.

Property was close to public transportation and near the waterfront area. The check in process was not the smoothest as we had to wait over an hour despite giving plenty of updates of arrival time. The beds were not very comfortable and their were extra fees for small items that were not mentioned such as extra toilet paper.

SCAM ARTISTS

These people are scam artists. Please to NOT give them your credit/debit card info. on the site. Here is what happened to me: We went directly to the flat from the Budapest Airport and arrived at approx. 8:30pm. The woman with the keys showed up at 10pm and told us that we needed to pay for the flat, in full, by euros ONLY. (even though they had my card on file for a deposit) AND paying by cash only was not specified on the profile on Hotels.com. But, we said we would try and get the cash so we went in search of an atm and found that they only give Hungarian Forents (HUF) at the ATM's in Budapest. the mgmt. of the flat would not take HUF... I called Hotels.com and explained that we were unable to obtain euros for the payment. Hotels.com spoke to the owner, Michael, who told them that he could only take euros even though it was not listed on the profile. So, Hotels.com offered us another place and reassured me that nothing would be charged to my debit card which I had given while making the reservation. A few days later I find that City Centre Style Apartment under the name of "Like Home Apartments Kft. Budapest HU" had charged me $125.00. I'm furious! My bank has agreed to reverse the charges but I will have to close my debit card and go through a lengthy process with my bank.

За несколько дней до заселения связались с менеджером, она попросила за 30 минут до прибытия в апартаменты прислать СМС. Добирались из аэропорта на автобусе до метро. Со станции Кипешт отправила СМС. Получилось как раз 30 минут. От станции метро Астория до апартаментов минуты 3 ходьбы. Находится на тихой улочке. Сами апартаменты расположены на первом этаже в углу двора-колодца.... дневной свет проникает частично. Чтобы узнать какая погода на улице надо подойти вплотную к окну и задрать голову наверх.. При заселении нам все показали-рассказали, залог в 100 евро не взяли - выглядели мы (мама с дочкой) прилично :). В квартире есть все необходимое: плита. чайник, холодильник, посуда, wi-fi. Белье чистое и практически новое. Стоит бойлер - проблем с горячей водой не было. Матрасы нам были удобны. Самый большой для нас минус был в том, что мы очень чутко спим, а система отопления в комнате очень шумная, сначала звонок, потом звук переключения, потом гул, немного тишины, и опять по кругу... даже беруши не спасали... а уже перебралась на кухню спать, но там работал холодильник.... Обратный самолет у нас был в 6.35 утра. Ключи нам сказали кинуть в почтовый ящик. Сели в 4.05 на автобус -экспресс на остановке Астория, быстро добрались до аэропорта и все успели.

You have been warned!!

This stay was horrible. The outside area was amazing. First, the person that they sent to pick us up from the airport, he did not take us all the way to the place, he took us 2 streets over and let us out. We asked several of people to help us find the place and we still could not find it. Then I found out that we paid double the price for the apartments to pick us up. We found a real estate office and the lady said she could call the guy for us. He was yelling and being rude to her on the phone and hung up the phone in her face. Finally, he comes to get my daughter and me, he was rude to the lady and then he was rude to me as well. He didn't want to help us with our luggage. When we got to the apartment, he rudely told us the rules. His attitude was inappropriate and down right nasty. In the apartment, it was clean. The washing machine did not work, the mattress on the bed was thin and uncomfortable and the shower had a foul odor. No iron and watered down hand soap. The building was a bit spooky, it looked like an abandoned building (I have attached pictures of our view from the door). You could not see outside the window, frosted glass. And to top it all off, check out time is 10:00 am. Oh, I almost forgot, there was a sign in the house about being quiet, I have attached a picture of that as well.

In pieno centro ma con innumerovoli difetti

Il check-in è problematico perché l'inserviente parla solo ungherese. Posizione in pieno centro in strada frequentata da studenti piena di pub e ristoranti vicino anche negozi alimentari. peccato che l'appartamento è al primo piano di un stretto cortile interno semibuio a cui si accede da un ballatoio su cui è abbandonata una bicicletta e una vecchia lavatrice. Il patio è uno esiguo slargo del ballatoio di accesso alla porta e a quella di un vicino dove è posizionato una vecchia sedia con tavolino, secchio dove il vicino deposita lattine usate di birra e posacenere con sue cicche. L'appartamento manca di privacy perché da tutta la corte si vede dentro la camera da letto e bisogna sempre tenere chiuse le tende oscuranti. La porta di accesso è di vetro opaco protetta da una grata ma bisogna tenerla chiusa per gli stessi motivi di privacy e da sul cucinotto e bagno. Nel bagno non c'è ne aeratore ne finestra e l'odore va in cucina. Non vengono forniti lenzuoli superiori ma 2 piumoni singoli che d'estate sono improponibili, il lenzuolo di sotto è composto di 2 pezzi nonostante il letto sia matrimoniale. Non hanno preteso la caparra richiesta perché ci sono già diversi difetti dappertutto anche nelle stoviglie. Francamente è comodo perché è in centro ed è economico ma l'accesso fa davvero tristezza per una vacanza. e considerati i difetti non ci tornerei

Ottimo posto in centro

Appartamento situato in un vecchio palazzo tenuto molto male e fatiscente. Ma una volta entrati nell'appartamento tutto cambia. Appartamento rinnovato e molto ben tenuto. Unico problema il letto molto scomodo e nonostante aver pagato il servizio navetta dall'aereoporto abbiamo dovuto aspettare per circa un'ora l'arrivo di qualcuno per il check-in e quindi entrare nell'appartamento. È in centro quindi molto comodo per spostarsi a piedi e con i mezzi. Consigliatissimo

I have been there with 3 months old son, It was very cold apartment, I came to Budapest at 13:30, at 16:00 somebody came to open apartment, I tried to call them, but nobody picked the phone up over 2 hours. When I finished holiday I wanted to leave apartment at 8:00, and I was waiting till half past nine for deposit and return the key. It is very bad organisated. I have been there by car, in Budapest no parking rooms, but it is not problem of City Centre Style Apartments. On the Picture apartment looks very clean and modern, but it is not.... Anyway Budapest is beautyful city....
