It’s in the best area, right in the centre of Budapest, and there are loads of shops and restaurant options around. The room was clean, and I was greeting with a lovely welcome of a small bottle of champagne and chocolates. Everything was perfect, including the brilliant and kind staff members, who were very helpful

The staff are lovely & attentive, they go above & beyond, the day we checked in one of the staff members gave us a map and told us some suggestions and how to get there! Really great location in the centre- within walking distance to all the main sites. Also really close to the bus stop when travelling to and from the airport. The room was compact but had everything I needed and was very clean. The staff were really friendly and welcoming!
