A wonderful building that has been superbly converted. Apart from some minor issues of limited hanging space and storage spaces rather haphazard and awkward to access there was only one aspect that I found less than excellent. Air conditioning is, of course, essential in the building but I found the effect of the extremely dry air breathed during the night quite unpleasant with nasal passgages and throat affected. If any means could be found to add some humidity it would be most welcome.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location close to bus stops, sightseeing etc. Staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful people especially Janette in the restaurant. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options available to suit all diets. I plan to visit again soon with my daughter

The building was beautifully renovated. The room was modern with High ceiling and everything in the room worked. The hotel is centrally located with a short walking distance to opera house and parliament. Staff at check in and breakfast were friendly, polite and accommodated all our requests. I Highly recommend this hotel.

I would definitely return.
Loved the hotel! While it is slightly out of the way, it's still within walking distance to the major attractions. The hotel itself is very nice! The classical architecture screams classy all the way. My favorite are the barrel vaulted painted ceilings. The hotel has a lot of photo opportunities. My only major recommendation is that they pain the walls in some of the corridors as it appears they have been scratched up over time. Otherwise, amazing place and amazing customer attention and service! To top it all off, I had a great deal! I would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, room was modern and very clean with all the essentials. The building itself was beautiful and had lovely historic features. The gym and the sauana were a great added touch. The location is so central, close to lots of restaurants and bars. It was also easy to walk around and explore! It was a 25 min walk from one bath and 40 from another! Highly recommend

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Conveniently, you can purchase a Hop-on-Hop-off ticket at the reception. The Christmas market is approximately a 25-minute walk away. I utilised the Blot taxi app for my evening airport transfer, costing £25 (10750). While there's no swimming pool, the sauna comfortably accommodates around 5 people. The breakfast was delightful, and I would definitely return.

Nice unique looking hotel, our room was on the top floor and had a interesting partially sloped window ceiling. However due to location traffic noise was a loud at times. Due to our early arrival (9:30 a.m.) we had requested an earlier check in, if possible, we felt that there was no effort to do, even an hour earlier, (we checked in around 2:30), which normally would have not been a problem, as they had lockers available to store luggage, but it was raining the whole time, and the lobby restaurant is not open after breakfast.

This hotel is located in a beautiful historic building that was built as a palace. It was recently remodeled and turned into a modern hotel. The combination of modern amenities and old world elegance is stunning. The staff was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants, how to get around the city, and things to do. They booked our dinner cruise for us. Our room was great, had everything we needed. We loved the breakfast buffet, they offered a big variety of foods to choose from. One of the things that we liked the most was how close it was to the Metro and Tram. Public transportation in Budapest is fast and efficient. The hotel is right next to a metro station and a tram stop.

A great place from which to explore Budapest. Our room was modest, but fully equipped. Our only negative was the breakfast. It was adequate, but the coffee machines were extremely confusing and seemed to need constant cleaning. The staff tried to keep up, it we only ate in the breakfast area once due to the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

We checked in very early and were so happy they could accommodate us. Room was spacious, clean, modern amenities. Staff was excellent. From front desk to the bartender to the cleaning staff.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at— issues with AC and the staff helped me twice to make sure it was working and then it was wonderfully cool in my room. Rooms are huge and spacious (for European standards) and beautifully updated. I am recommending all friends who go to Budapest stay here. Just a wonderful place and breakfast, the quiet of the area/hotel inside, made for such a nice experience.
