We really enjoyed our stay. Great area of the city, good for walking to most areas. Great breakfast. Attentive staff and nothing was too much trouble. After initially being disappointed it was no longer the Hard Rock, we would stay with Pullman again. Our only critiques were the roof bar not being open on weekdays, and our room was really warm even with AC. However neither of these detracted from a wonderful holiday and we would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the staff were very helpful. The one negative was that the air-con didn’t work very well…so it got quite warm at night.

Great hotel, location is really easy to access all the attractions. Breakfast at hotel was included and really good options to set you up for the day. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Areas of the hotel well maintained. Would come back

Beautiful property. The first two days the receptionists were helpful with questions I had about things I wanted to do. I think for the service overall, it was overpriced. The room was smaller than any hotel room I’ve ever had. When requesting for things it took way too long. I went on a tour, came back and still did not have the water I asked for. I had to go and ask a fourth time, which is unacceptable. They did provide a late check-out however they do not communicate with their staff because they called me for check-out and I had to tell them the previous night they gave me a late check-out due to a later flight. Overall, I think it’s a beautiful hotel but definitely overpriced. I paid for the name Hard Rock.

Fantastic stay, lovely rooms/breakfast and service. Only down side, the rooftop bar wasn't open, reserved for DHL, we only found out on arrival when we asked! Would definitely recommend a stay here though.
