Wonderful experience. Staff were helpful, Room was nice and clean and amenities were great. Highly recommend especially if you are flying into orange county, as it’s only a couple minutes from the airport!

Rooms very clean I liked how you can see the ocean from the balcony with the glass railing staff friendly and very helpful valet were awesome help you with luggage ask if you needed water or anything else very nice the only thing we didn’t like was there’s only one garbage can in the room and no microwave but other than that really nice can’t wait to come back

The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay.

The chef is rude , doesn’t know the law when it comes to service dogs and needs a different job. Good chicken and waffles doesn’t make up for bad unprofessional behavior. She went out of her way to be a abrasive and needs fired .
